Court filing says investigator went to Brooks house and tried the door bell first......
Then.. he says he saw Brooks wife arrive and pull in the driveway .. and saw parking garage door open
He says he then extended papers to her, alleges she yelled at him and says he left papers on floor
And he says he tried to leave, but had to wait 5 or 6 seconds for her to get away from the back of his car, where she was noting license plate
