It's not that he don't want to

It's just that his real Thoughts Actions Words are constrained by fear

Because of Fear you constantly dangle between the thoughts of

Future and Past

Because of Fear, you fail to grasp the opportunities you want to

And above all

Because of Fear, you fail to experience the greatest gifts that life has stored for you

Fear is a cloudy lens that blurs your vision of reality

Here are some truths & no bullshit actionable advice that'll make you Fearless

1. Make reality your friend

Their are 2 kinds of people

1 . Who live in their own delusional land believing that the world works

according to them until they get kicked in the nuts

2. People who know that this world is not a fairy tale and there are highly

manipulative people who want to take everything away from you

If you want to thrive NOT SURVIVE

Start seeing every situation for what it actually is

See how people use manipulation for gaining sympathy

See how you get sold on to different products because of fear

Start questioning your fear AND you'll realize

It's fake

It's just in your head

Reality is ALWAYS neutral

2. Become your own hero

If you are dependent on someone for something

Your life will be an outcome of their Mercy

Learn to be dependent on yourself for everything

Reach to a point where every cell of your body believes

" No matter what happens I can handle it "

"No matter what is lost I can build it all again "

3. Practical tips for choking your fears

Systematic Desensitization

Aim to reduce your anxiety by taking baby steps towards the stuff

which makes you shit into your pants

If you fear public speaking

Start by speaking in front of 5 people

Fail at it

If facing your fears doesn't kill you

Start facing them on day to day basis

Fail miserably at conquering them

One day you'll get tired of this crippling anxiety

And your fear will become meaningless

Remember

If it doesn't kill you it will make you stronger
