Here’s an article on that *former* attorney.... (using primary sources other than emails sent by the OSB directly to the reporter so she can write a piece on how diligent the OSB is).
And the thing you’re describing here is a ”data hold.” Court records may be sealed, but that just means one cannot get them as public records from the court. It doesn’t mean that the case becomes invisible. I have the entire file & will upload it to documentcloud.
