Chicken Noodle Soup is a very personal and special song for both j-hope and j-hope stans. It had huge organic success and made history several times over, but it is more than simply a hit song. It is a song that j-hope had been wanting to remake for years as a tribute, (1/11)

a love note to his personal history, to the song that reminds him of how it all began for him, of his first love dance, of his home and childhood, it was a song he was determined to make happen despite setbacks and things falling through more than once, (2/11)

he never gave up on it. He knew exactly what he wanted to do with it, how he wanted to present it, what he wanted to say with it. j-hope has said how he doesn't show us his most inner feelings and worries often, some of the few times he has was related to CNS, (3/11)

it meant that much to him. He found someone in BeckyG for whom he connected with over their own personal connection to it and made a wonderful, (4/11)

joyful song celebrating his own connection to it while still honouring the song's original cultural significance and even expanding on it, by the diversity and love he brought to it. He worked for years on it, worked through his vaccination on it, (5/11)

poured his own money into it and we could all see how much it meant to him when he did his vlive. No one can ever do it justice like he can, no one can ever do it better than he can. (6/11)

CNS is j-hope's in every way and we hope that no matter what happens at muster this weekend, the fandom will not only remember that but honour it. (7/11)
