1 Panel of Dolan, Sheehan, Sid Goldberg (GAIW) and Richard Doty. Moderated by Jimmy Church.

Dolan: Hard to keep up w/all the media coverage. Navy says we have UAP but we need office of POTUS to say it. We’re making progress but they doesn’t mean disclosure will happen.

Dolan: Next step would be to admit we have crash retrievals.

Sheehan interviewed someone who had access to classified PBB files & thinks we have interviewed ETs.

(I will transcribe all of this next week bc you/we need to see exactly what is being said so no misunderstandings)

3 Lue just called in. Obviously, it was planned but still nice to get a brief comment from Lue.

I will try to update any important parts but like I said, it might be better to wait for better conditions, at home…next week.

4 Doty: If u expect gov’t to come forward now & admit everything they’ve done, forget it. But over time, possible. We’re in early stages of disclosure. Mentions disinformation & how he was a part of that back then. Says…not now. Embarrassed by things he did back then.

5 Doty: I have a friend in DIA who has UFO data but nobody has come to get it. Just like Lue said about his friends who are in Pentagon, have UFO data and have had nobody ask them about their data. So, 180 Day Report will be missing important data.

6 Sheehan: Corey Goode is a lying sack of shit. (Church loved that comment 🙃) How do you know if a Pentagon spokesperson is lying? Their lips are moving.

7 Goldberg: I’ve been speaking with someone for hours & hours who works in government (based in Germany) and who deals with our communication with ETs. (Gaia has a bad track record so I’ll wait to see who this person is. Supposed to go public next week).

8 Sheehan: We can put him on a psychological stress evaluator and see if he’s lying or telling the truth. GAIA has already been caught with people lying on their network. (Here, here, Danny!)

9 Goldberg: It’s not about entertainment. 🤔

Church asks panelists to share something they haven’t shared & that would be a big deal. Goldberg answered with German guy.

Dolan would love to share but can’t burn sources bc of agreements.

10 Doty talks about a case from a relative (Uncle Edward Doty) of his where he had contact with something near White Sands, NM with three other folks. Heard the story from his uncle. Some aspects of story are very alarming. Close encounter/contact w/something not of Earth.

11 Had no weapons, were scared and there were multiple beings. Doesn’t think this has anything to do with the Lonnie Zamora case, which his uncle investigated.

12 Sheehan tells the story where he was given access to the declassified portions of PBB. I have this story on my blog, transcribed. I think it’s the blog I posted before the Dolan/Lue transcript. He saw photos of a craft in snow w/AF personal around it. Saw symbols & sketched.

13 Actually, he traced the symbols. That drawing I tweeted is not necessarily in right order. He took yellow pad (where he sketched it) & tried to leave. They stopped him & looked at yellow pad. Busted? No, after looking at pad, they didn’t see sketch on inside cover. Success!

14 Showed it to superior at Jesuit headquarters. That person pulled a photo of a classic flying saucer out of a draw and showed it to Sheehan. It was taken from the cockpit of a commercial airliner. Pilot didn’t want to report it bc he didn’t want to lose his job.

15 He drew it again. Symbols were around base of the dome. Original drawing was lost when the Jesuit headquarters moved to CA.

16 Dolan shares a “mediocre” story he’s never told. Woman in AF in Okinawa from 78-82 w/ some sort of TS clearance. Discharged in 1982. Debriefing was 3 phased. Counseling was first. Hostile interrogation w/sodium Penthanol. Hooked her up to a machine in scramble her memories

17 in case she was ever captured, she couldn’t blab secrets. Messed her up. Illegal? Human rights violation? He didn’t say there was any UFO data connected to her memories.

18 Doty says (first two parts of debriefing) what Dolan said is accurate. 3rd part, where they put a helmet on her & hooked up to a machine? He’s never heard that. Maybe. Doty talks about the debriefings he was involved with.

19 Church asks Doty about MJ-12 docs. He (again) says he had nothing to do w/creating them. His opinion is that they’re a mix of truth & disinfo & were created as part of the special means committee. Says it’s a very secretive organization that Sheehan might know. Google, folks!

20 Thinks most info. in docs is accurate. Denies (again) having anything to do with the docs. After Bill Moore gave him the docs, Doty says he took them & sent them to headquarters. But Moore kept lots of copies. Debunker Phil Klass obtained a copy.

21 Klass supposedly thought SOME of the info. in the MJ12 was legit. Doty thinks the docs were created to start disclosure. Aviary/sparrow (and not Falcon) was Doty. Richard Helms (CIA) was Falcon. Aviary was organized by Pandolfi, Puthoff & I missed the other names.

22 Doty: Aviary talked about disclosure and recent cases. Was a UFO working group. 90% of what they spoke about was about UFOs and ET contact. All had high-level security clearances. A lot of what was done by Aviary went back to government.

24 Doty: The wrench thrown into the working group? Pandolfi. 🤢

Aviary, NIDS, Alexander’s UFO working group, BAASS (AAWSAP)…Puthoff, Green, Vallee, Davis…similar names throughout. (That’s bc list of open minded scientists is small). Doty thinks Puthoff (Austin institute)

25 company was a similar group (unofficial and informal) to all the other previous groups.

Church: Now Lue is face of disclosure and standing next to Puthoff.

Dolan: Someone needs to do a deep dive bio on Puthoff.

26 Puthoff told Dolan (years ago) he would like to see a more open attitude on UFOs. But Dolan doesn’t think these guys are huge advocates for disclosure but instead want the information for themselves.

27 Sheehan doesn’t think Lue will start singing like a bird (sharing all he knows) if the frustrations & lies from Pentagon continue. Question was asked by Church. May add additional objectives to IG inquiry. They were asked if they were open to suggestions from “management.”

28 (they meaning Lue and Sheehan). IG memo (that supposedly isn’t connected to Lue case but was out out right after their IG complaint was filed): We’re not investigating any type of violations, just trying to make the process better.

29 Sheehan: This is starting to feel similar to what John Mack went through. Lue isn’t going to have to throw his arms up in the air (in frustration, & start blabbing on what he knows) and accomplish what he wants to do. Both getting more irritated & if that continues, it’s a big

30 mistake by IG. Thinks IG can’t tell what’s going on in the inside & thinks they don’t want to press higher-ups in Pentagon shape what they know. Will we find some good folks in IG to do the right thing here? Dolan: Lue filed IG complaint bc he knew 180 Report would stop flat?

31 Sheehan: That’s correct. IG inquiry isn’t doomed to failure. May learn some important info.

What does each panelist expect from 180 Day Report? ET component?

Sid: Doesn’t think so. This os one step in a multi-step process.

32 Sid thinks “they” control disclosure. Doesn’t think we need disclosure from government.

Doty thinks we won’t get much from report but a private group will help us move forward. Doty thinks a slow disclosure will come from a private entity. Not sure if that’s from his sources.

33 Dolan thinks the 120 cases may be really good if they give enough data to identify the cases. We need government confirmation. (Agreed. The masses need that to wake them up)

24 DS asked what 2 expect in report: ET origins discussed for 1st time in classified annex. Thinks they tried 2 hint @ that w/NYT article. Can’t rule out alien. Sheehan: Lue said to AP: Chance these r Russian or Chinese is infinitesimally small, could be ET or interdimensional.

25 Panel over: Go read the AP article. They left out all of that. We need to find out why. That article was very weak. Sheehan was there (via Zoom) for that interview.
