1. OK, this is remarkable spin... Supernova level off-the-charts spin. And the NYT is counting on 99% of the population not knowing the full background of what was happening in the DOJ in 2018
"the Justice Department had subpoenaed information about an account that belonged to him in February 2018, and that the government barred the company from telling him at the time"...
3. The Weissmann-Mueller special counsel was at it's apex in February 2018. *AND* they were conducting very specific operations at the time.
Everything in Feb thru July 2018 was about protecting themselves by using the special counsel to cover-up the FBI political spying.
4. February was critical because that's when Weissmann's crew found out about a WFO investigation into the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, leaks and the Trump/Russia investigation. They found out in late Jan early Feb.
5. Per Rosenstein testimony to Senate (April 2020) that period was when special counsel had full control over all DOJ operations related, even tangentially, to Trump-Russia.
6. The Special Counsel was operating on two tracks, one of those tracks was "Obstruction". [Reference the final Mueller Report].
7. The special counsel wanted to know what information was carried by Don McGahn (White House Counsel) about any/all instructions from President Trump to him.
But the critical point to remember is Weissmann Inc was in full control over DOJ on these matters.
8. Any subpoena for McGahn did not come from the AG Sessions side of the DOJ, it came from the Weissmann side of the DOJ. The special counsel operation.
Sessions was recused. Rosenstein was facilitating Weissmann and Mueller.
9. Rosenstein admits in that April 2020 testimony he never questioned any subpoena or expansion of the scope authority of the special counsel. He approved every request and signed every single subpoena demand put in front of him by Weissmann.
10. Rosenstein said he never once questioned any request from the Special Counsel and frequently never looked at the documents they asked him to sign.
Rosenstein said he felt any questioning would imply his "undermining" of their investigation, or "investigative authority".
11. So it wasn't the Trump DOJ sending a subponea for the records of Don McGhan, it was the Weissmann special counsel digging for evidence of "obstruction" to facilitate their fraudulent and politically motivated investigation.
12. But look at how the New York Times attempts to spin that reality by creating a totally false premise that Trump was the cause....
13. ..."the disclosure that agents secretly collected data of a sitting White House counsel is striking as it comes amid a political backlash to revelations about Trump-era seizures of data of reporters and Democrats in Congress for leak investigations."...
14. UNREAL...
"Apple told the McGahns that it received the subpoena on Feb. 23, 2018, according to a person briefed on the matter. The other person familiar with the matter said the subpoena had been issued by a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia."
EDVA? Guess who
15. The same guy who became FBI chief legal counsel.
16. The same guy Bill Barr forced Chris Wray to remove from his position.
17. Do you understand how the Mueller team, the 17 hired members of the legal resistance operation, were running the DOJ from May 2017 through April 2019?
18. There was an ongoing cover-up operation with its origin going back to Feb through July of 2018 led by the Mueller team, and facilitated by Deputy AG Rosenstein, AAG John C Demers and FBI chief legal counsel Dana Boente.
19. That's why Weissmann Inc. released the Mark Warner text messages in Feb 2018. Then notified Ali Watkins in Feb 2018 about her phone records seized. Then took Wolfe case apart. Then publicly released the fraudulent FISA. Then, yet again, lied to FISA Court.
CHECK DATES:
20. The subpoena for Don McGhan's phone records, emails, etc came from Special Counsel maneuvers.
The DOJ had a rogue operation within it, all designed to attack and take down President Trump.

My suspicious cat instinct now leans toward the U.S. intel community releasing the virus in Wuhan intentionally, knowing it would travel to the U.S. and give them plausible deniability.
Why else would the Pentagon give China the keys to a biological weapon?
2. Eleven Days before leaving office President Obama’s administration re-authorized funding for the creation of biological weapons using SARS viruses.
3. However, essentially this re-authorization was only kickstarting funding within the U.S. because the funding of weaponization of SARS-CoV-2 never actually stopped in 2014. The media reporting on this is misleading, if not downright false.
There's something worse in background, under cover.
We have a recent reference for this approach. Remember the Mueller team FISA release July 21st 2018 (also under pretense of FOIA)?.... It would have been the easiest FOIA to deny?
When the Mueller Team (Weissmann lead) released the Carter Page FISA (July 2018) it was done to cloud the bigger issue of political campaign surveillance by the Obama administration.
It was a preemptive justification of sorts; and they knew the media already had it from Wolfe.
Everyone was so excited to see the FISA application (the first in history made public), few people paused and asked: "hey wait, why are they comfy releasing this"?
Everyone jumped on stories about the FISA and took political sides based on their evaluation of justification.
1. What follows are not my words, but they are important words from a comfortably invisible woman in her twilight years.... These words convey a quiet sentiment, a warning of sorts that has risen to its current place, just below the surface.
Pay attention:
2. "My dad was always one of the election night counters in Roosevelt county, rural Montana, in the 1940s and 1950s."
3. "Our farm was about nine miles out of town and I remember watching him leave after supper on election night, after the chores were done, and not coming back until sometimes as late as midnight (which was a notable time for any farmer to come home in our community)."
The data behind this trend is several months lag. Inventories are increasing more rapidly than financial community would like to admit.... Watch background data.
Excluding local & looking overall Big Picture... If u are a seller, do now. If you're a buyer, wait and watch.
2. Declining wages (real income) and rapid inflation in blue/white collar is a major factor. Financial security (optimism) way down. Mid-level home prices overinflated in numerous regions. As buyers contract, inflation bites, home prices will drop.
3. Outlook supported inside the data: "Sales were concentrated in the $200,000-$399,000 price range. Sales below the $200,000 price bracket, the sought-after segment of the market, accounted for a mere 2% of transactions last month."
(1) “A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly."...
(2) "But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself"
(3) "For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men."
