How to Be Good at Anything in Record Time.

Have you ever wanted to learn new skills quickly? Retain 75% of what you read? or Up Your Current Game?

Here's a thread for you.
🔽🔽🔽
1/ Before you can be good, you must know ..
WHY THE HELL DO YOU WANT TO DO IT?

Without WHY, you'll lose patience.

It can be as superficial as making money, or deep at a spiritual level.

Also as you have something to hold on to when the tough gets going.
2/ The Breakdown to Learning New Skills

⚡️Step 1. Copy

⚡️Step 2. Improve

⚡️Step 3. Create
3/ Step 1. Copy

Whatever that you want to learn, copy.

Drawing? Copy Manga
Writing? Copy Article
Running? Copy Usain Bolt
Music? Copy Kurt Cobain
Reading? Make Notes
Math? Memorize basic Arithmetic
Design? Copy award-winning websites.
Coding? Copy working codes.
4/ Copying Duration.

It's entirely up to you.
Copy until you are comfortable.
Copy until you memorize it.
Copy until you 'feel' it.
Copy until you can do it without looking.
Copy requires discipline.
Copy it daily.

Trivia: Beatles started as a Tribute band.
5/ Step 2. Improve

The next step is to add your own character.
This can be from your own

⚡️Life experience
⚡️Taste & preference
⚡️Voice
⚡️Timing
⚡️Environment
⚡️Language
⚡️Emotion and Logic

You are still copying, but with added flavor.
5/ Improve Duration

Entirely up to you.

The goal is to retain at least 50-75% reference without losing context.

Math? Add more numbers or variables.
Write? Write in your own voice
Music? Play to your timing, add verse

Improve should be natural, you can't force it.
6/ Step 3. Create

Now, go to town.
Create your

⚡️ Own Method
⚡️ Own System
⚡️ Own Materials
⚡️ Own Formula

You can only create when you have the materials ingrained in you.
When you've mastered the basics.
When you understood the components.
7/ Can we skip to Create?

What happens if a total noob plays guitar?
Or randomly pressing notes on piano?
Or write a fictional story?
Or a mathematical equation?

It's pure rubbish.
8/ Mastery Takes Commitment and Discipline.

There are no shortcuts.
It may be 10,000 hours or 20.
It may be a lifetime.

To stay committed, remember WHY you do it in the first place.

You've got

✅ Demand for Product
✅ Product is ready
✅ Workflow is smooth
❌ Sales Machine + Online Transfer

When starting out, cash is limited.
You close 1 by 1, thru WhatsApp.
This is time-consuming.

There's a better way

"Produk apa yg senang jual?"

Nukilan @robotys

Bunyi mudah kan? Sebab memang semudah itu.

Kalau nak complex skit (untuk tenangkan hati),

1. Carilah Market Report (pdf)
2. Confirmkan hipotesis.
3. Test closing, Post gambar product, ada yg minat?

(sambung)
🔽🔽🔽
1/ Kalau dia kata "Tak Nak".

Then jadi false hope sajalah.

Kita boleh stop situ je untuk product tu.
2/ Kalau ramai kata "Nak"

Maka tanpa segan silu kita boleh teruskan usaha.

Jangan lupa salin nama siapa yg nak tadi tu.

Tak boleh order pakai airliur saja.

"I'm stuck, I don't have an idea."
"What if they don't like it?"
".. thinking outside the box"

Amateurs give excuses.
Experts reuse.

7 TIPS ON DAILY CREATIVITY

Thread post ...
What does creative mean?

Imagination > Reality.

Take an abstract idea, turn it into reality.

That's a simpler take than trying to come up with "something original to life".
1/ Idea Bank

Found a great photo? Save it.
Love an infographic? Save it.
Like the website? Screenshot it.

Nothing in this world is original.
Only, better iteration of previous ideas.

Take an existing idea, improve upon it.

"Okay ke website saya?"

"Macam mana nak bagi lebih elok?"

Ini website kebun bandar, dikendali rakan sedarjah @mizhamalias

Kita try improve tanpa guna tools selain Chrome.

🔽🔽🔽
(sambung thread)
Background.

Tuan @mizhamalias tulis blog pasal kebun. Tujuan utama untuk passive income (cool).

Income dari affliate dan ebook.

Sekarang kita nak galakkan...

✅ Visitor baca lebih banyak
✅ Click pada title
✅ Beli ebook
1/ Masalah

1. Tak tahu title tu link ke apa?
2. "Terus Baca" tu terlalu menonjol
3. "Artikel Terkini" datang secara mengejut.
4. Warna logo tidak fully optimized.

Itu yg saya nampak.

Content-wise, baik sangat. Dia explain step-by-step.

"Cantik tak poster saya?"

"Kat mana lagi boleh adjust?"

Soalan paling common untuk designer dan peniaga.

Mari kita rungkai.

🔽🔽
Sambung

(Dari Izzat Azizi FB)
1/ Tujuan

Patah balik ke isu pokok.

Kenapa buat poster ni?

❌ Untuk gantung di Balai Seni
❌ Untuk buat frame gantung
❌ Untuk selit dalam album kahwin

Bukan.

✅ Untuk menjual.

Apa mesej penting untuk menjual?
2/ Mesej Menjual

✅ Apa barang dijual?
✅ Berapa harganya?
✅ Kenapa aku kena beli?
✅ Macam mana nak beli?

Mudah saja mesejnya.

Rujuk balik poster, ada ke semua point² ni?

Ada tak cerita pasal design kena cantik nak mampus.

Sekali-tengok-terus-nak-beli?

Nope.

What I learned (so far) from Good to Great by Jim Collins.

This is a thread.
1/ You have to be Good first.

This book assumes that you are already good at what you do.

If you're not good enough (like myself), you'll find the points in the book conflicting.
2/ Great is playing the long game.

Before you can play the long game, you need to be disciplined with your thoughts and action.

Which can be built using habits.
