Imagine making Juneteenth a federal holiday when laws are being enacted all over the country that will prevent people from being taught why it's a holiday.

What Black people have experienced in America isn't so much progress as it is gaslighting with a side of placating.

We keep being told that America isn't racist as America continues to do things that prove it is indeed racist, and when we speak out, we get Juneteenth as a federal holiday at the same time many states are making illegal to talk about how racist America is.

The entire Critical Race Theory debate is a false flag meant to obfuscate what is really happening here.

Voting rights are being taken away, teachers are being told they will be punished if they teach any of the truth of America's history, and Confederate monuments are getting greater protections from the government than Black people.

Black people who don't even have a clue what Critical Race Theory is are arguing against it being taught because they have been told that it teaches Black children they are inferior.

And they believe that shit.

Meanwhile, @michaelharriot has explained in several different ways that CRT is not now nor has it ever been taught in the K-12 system.

We are watching white fear at work.

White people are afraid that their children will learn they have been complicit in a system that uplifts whiteness above all else.

They don't want to face the truth that even if they have never said a racist thing in their life, their complete and total silence makes them complicit in a crime that has been going on for centuries.

The ironic thing is, laws that ban the accurate teaching of American history because that would include talking about racism are just the types of laws those who study CRT would examine.

This is a real email sent by a real employer in the US.

But please, explain to me again how America is not racist.

White people would really rather come in my mentions and call me the REAL RACIST than try to help dismantle what started the dialogue in the first place.

It's all they ever do. Obfuscate.

Imagine being a white man in Canada trying to tell me, a Black woman who has lived in America her entire life, what my experience here has been.
