So Trump accountant Weisselberg is about to be indicted, arrested, will flip. What if he were not to flip on Trump. We had Trump org number 2 bookkeeping dude, the Controller Jeff McConney testify to Grand Jury. Can we get Trump without Weisselberg

ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY YES
Remember Grand Jury is shown a CRIME, and will issue indictments of that crime. This dude, Jeff McConney was given LIMITED IMMUNITY for his testimony. He has WITNESSED a crime, he testified about it to Grand Jury. It was perpetrated by Weisselberg and Trump.

In Manhattan 'simple tax fraud' case of Trump, in amounts of HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS - so far
Michael Cohen flipped
FBI seized MOUNTAIN of evidence from Cohen office
Trump tax returns
Deutsche Bank records
plus insurance docs
accounting docs
Weisselberg ex daughter in law
A crime has happened. We have ALL evidence proving it. We have multiple witnesses about it. And the number 2 dude in bookkeeping has now testified to Grand Jury - and has received limited immunity when he did so.

It is CERTAIN Trump and Weisselberg will be convicted on tax fraud
WHY do prosecutors WANT Allen Weisselberg

First, it makes case STRONGER

But secondly, there are the OTHER CRIMES apart from New York tax fraud by Trump - like money laundering, sanctions busting etc that Allen knows BETTER than the Controller

That is why Allen forced to flip

Our 3 focus criminal cases are

Giuliani = Ukraine extortion (Impeachment 1)
Weisselberg = NY Taxes
Gaetz -> Roger Stone bribe corruption -> Jan 6 insurrection project (Impeachment 2)

All 3 have now 1 witness who has flipped, all 3 will get arrests this year, trial this year
Giuliani case Ukraine extortion & Rudy's rogue foreign policy

Has Lev Parnas flipped with FBI raid of Rudy's home & office. This case is with SPECIAL MASTER who currently reviewing evidence seized by FBI. That takes WEEKs. Then expect Rudy arrest soon thereafter. Trial follows
Weisselberg case is NY taxes and other financial crimes. This is NOT federal (is not SDNY). It is Manhattan DA.

Michael Cohen flipped, went to prison. Weisselberg's number 2 guy just gave testimony to Grand Jury (and received immunity). Expect Weisselberg to be arrested soon
