LJP's national president is elected by the party's national executive which has around 75 members. Only 9 members were present at the national executive meeting. Suspended members have elected my uncle as the president, which is illegal: LJP leader Chirag Paswan

I have written to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla Ji to reconsider his decision to accept him (Pashupati Kumar Paras) as leader of parliamentary party. Our party constitution says leader of party in Parliament or Assembly will be elected by Central parliamentary board: Chirag Paswan

I believe LS Speaker Om Birla Ji is not aware of our party's constitution that's why he declared him as leader of the parliamentary party. I've informed Birla that his (Pashupati Kumar Paras) appointment is illegal: LJP leader Chirag Paswan

CBSE submitted before Supreme Court its evaluation criteria for awarding grades/marks for Class XII exams.

For class X & XI, marks in best of 3 from 5 papers in term exams will be considered. For Class XII, marks obtained in unit, term & practicals will be taken into account.

CBSE told the Supreme Court that the Class XII results will be decided on the basis of performance in Class 10 (30% weightage), Class 11 (30% weightage) & Class 12 (40% weightage).

AG KK Venugopal told Supreme Court that there may be a moderation committee to look into the difference in marking mechanism adopted by various schools to put all students as far as the awarding of final marks for class XII is concerned.
