How to clear childhood traumas through shadow work?
A THREAD
Our traumas are holding us down like cement blocks, preventing our spiritual evolution. We cannot raise up if we don’t first get rid of them.
What actually is trauma? It is nothing more than a repressed unresolved negative emotion that happened in our childhood.
Emotions (energies in motion) are energies trying to move through our bodies to be processed and released. The problem with traumas is that they block the energy flow through our body, they clog our emotional pathways.
So how exactly can we resolve our traumas? It is not easy because most of them lie in the shadows: As we repressed them, we are not aware of them consciously anymore. It is a protection mechanism so that we could keep operating normally in our daily lives.
First of all, we need to have the willingness to actively work on ourselves uncovering and facing those shadows. This usually is extremely uncomfortable because we need to feel again those stuck dark emotions in their entirety before they can be released.
From my humble experience, stuck trauma is never as bad as it initially seems. Our mind has the annoying habit to create those massive, scary stories around them. Processing them is similar to re-watching a movie we were afraid of in our childhood.
But how can we clear a childhood trauma if it is hidden? This is done through triggers, which are external situations that remind us of what happened in the past in the traumatic situation and thus create a conscious link to the repressed emotions.
Sadly, society programmed us to not follow our triggers but to distract us in the external world again by fingerpointing to others around us. Instead of thinking “how could this relate to my childhood?”, many will say “how dare you to trigger me, you terrible person?”.

Thus, we need to take full responsibility for our own lives and our own healing. At some point, I realized that everything negative happening to me is just a reflection of my internal world. Once I made this perspective shift my life drastically improved for the better.
Once we uncovered a traumatic emotion, we need to feel it in stillness without running away. This is easier said than done, as addictions come into play: Everyone has certain addictive patterns which are a distraction and coping mechanism to avoid feeling negative emotions.
Addictions can be anything from alcohol, cigarettes, overeating, pornography, social media, etc. It depends on the individual journeys but everyone has them. Thus, to heal trauma, we need to muster the courage to sit with negative emotions in silence without giving in to them.
That is super challenging but sometimes the traumas will get so loud that our distractions don’t even work anymore. That is the point when our body forces us to look at those shadows to finally clear them. Certain events often mark drastic turning points in our lives.
In any case, the more readily we start to face our shadows, the quicker we will succeed and advance on the trajectory of raising our consciousness. I highly recommend seeking out a good therapist who can assist in the clearing process, despite the connected social stigmas.
What is crucial is to sit in stillness (e.g. in a meditative stance) focusing on the negative emotion in our body. The key is to fully accept and embrace them, without resisting or trying to control them. After a while, those traumas will flow through our bodies and are released.
The clearing process can be facilitated through breathing techniques and visualization. I like to visualize that white light is streaming into me from the top through my entire body, to be finally released through my feet into the ground.
Sometimes, when it was really heavy, I asked Jesus for energetic assistance and he always helped me immediately by taking away part of the heavy charge. We just have to ask the higher realms for assistance, they are always there for us.
An excellent illustration that sums up well the shadow work process:
A processed trauma is making room for clarity, insights and lessons. Every trauma contains important hints which help us on our mission, unlocking additional doors leading to our destiny. Healing ourselves is truly the best investment we can make!

Also, I have shared many of my personal healing stories on the Light Prism blog. I met a very experienced shaman who assisted me immensely in my personal healing, as well as that of my family and ancestors. Some of the best stories: lightprism.net/2020/11/23/bre…
Once we actually are ready to let go of our twin flame and are a hundred percent content alone, the doors are opened to it actually manifesting the union physically.

The twin flame dynamic has a major purpose:
Learn to unconditionally surrender to a higher plan while being in unconditional self-love and total autonomy. Everything that happens, happens to catapult us into higher states of consciousness.
There is A LOT of misinformation about twin flames, it is utterly ridiculous sometimes. People are projecting their neurotic desires onto their perceived twin flame and constantly cry about it on the internet. Other people think a tf relationship is like heaven on Earth.
Spiritual awakening and the rise of consciousness are akin to running a marathon, there is a lot of help at the sidelines if we notice it and we can actually choose which path we walk instead of following the herd.

During a shamanic session, I got a vision: We have a lot of help in the higher realms if we accept it. Like in a marathon, angels are standing at the sidelines, always available to help and give us food, drinks and support – but if we ignore them, they can’t help us.
That is the problem, the average human being is so far away from their divinity, so disconnected, that they only follow the herd. To make matters worse, the herd is easily misled by a few negative entities, those who controlled the planet for thousands of years.

"During a shamanic session, I went back to a past-life incarnation in Middle Age Germany where I resolved massive trauma and received visions into our mission on Earth."

Recently I was triggered by something the project leader said, which I perceived as a manipulative, narrow-minded attempt to force his mental constructs onto me. My body perceived it as “suffocating”, like strangling myself, unable to breathe and act.
Together with the shaman, I went into a deep meditation and I felt a rope around my neck! I was somewhere in medieval Europe and I was being hung in front of a cheering crowd - damn, that is a tough thing to remember!
"I met another partner from my past incarnation to replay a series of dramatic events of our neurotic love story, which led to a cascading reaction causing massive death and suffering."
THREAD
In a past incarnation in Middle Age Germany, I was put at the pillory and later executed publicly, for betraying my partner, Maria, with another lady and for getting into worldly political struggles where I made too many enemies.
I am currently living and working in this community in rural South America, where many Europeans are emigrating too to escape the perils and struggles at home.
Recently, I noticed one lady working in the office here who stood out from the average South American employees.
Romantic infatuation is one of the greatest addictions we have fallen for ♥️
Like other addictions it masks underlying negative emotions and traumas by acting as intense distraction 💉
It never lasts forever and once it fades away we fall into co-dependent neurotic relationships that are so common today.
The key is to really face and embrace our internal emotions and heal ourselves by letting old traumas flow out 🕊️
It's very uncomfortable to face our emotional traumas but it's the only way to break old karmic cycles and to move onto new paths, freely and in unconditional self love.
Only then we'll be able to have truly divine relationships ♥️💚
