Life at Guna is extremely harsh. The Eritrean soldiers use all means of torture: starvation, hanging upside down a person & beating them, etc. Their injuries are severe but they deny them medications so that their agonies would be deep.

On Saturday, June 19, he collected food for IDP children from donors in Mekelle transported it to Shire on the same day. Once he arrived at Shire, he was abducted by a group of Eritrean troops.
