Two young techies from @iitroorkee, @Siddharth & @nishantXchandra, who saw this problem, decided it needs to change.

2) Their goal was simple: enable students to pursue their dream tech job by helping them develop the right skills.

And so, @NewtonSchoolHQ was born with a vision to make India the developer powerhouse of the world. 📈

3) Realising there was a gap between industry demand & formal education, they decided Newton School would focus on:

✅ 1:1 expert mentorship from leading tech companies
✅ Live projects
✅ Placements in companies like Zomato, Deloitte, Unacademy, Meesho, Dream11

4) The key to this working was the mentors.
But, as more & more mentors joined the platform, Newton School started facing challenges. ⬇️

5) To make #payments, every time they added a new mentor as a beneficiary on their banking portal, they had to wait out a cooling period. 😟

9) These problems were only going to get worse as they scaled. And, they did not want to waste any more time.⚡️

They had two options - increase staffing or get a smart solution.
