It is obvious the Admin has always been their own enemy. Being paranoid with their obsession with power and total control in order to secure their Regime at the expense of National security. The fear that Twitter may be weapon against them is only projected as a trauma response.

The same platform they heavily invested in to oust another admin is now being perceived as a threat against their misgovernance & maladministration. Human beings have the capacity to do good & evil and so does any Technology. John Wick even used a book to kill in combat.

Do we go about killing people because of our perceived notion of the evil they may be capable of doing? Do we ban anything & everything adopted by majority for the fear of abuse? This is paranoia. Twitter must never be driven underground because of the ego trip of the listless.

The response of Govt is a knew jerk reaction that exposes their unconscionable dearth of tact and understanding of the composition of the populace they ought to engage and govern. 70% of the population have been radicalized, cannot be ruled & will soon prove their indomitability.

If you need to regulate the use of Socialmedia, this can be done responsibly by engaging the sector & involving people who understands the pathology of its responsible use and abuse. The militant ban approach is anachronistic and counterproductive. You’re making things worse.

Even the blind knows that the delegates sent to meet with Twitter have no interest of the community that use the platform at heart. How much trust would this admin be willing to lose with their insensitivity & willful blindness? I’m glad people can see clearly now.

Leadership is not wielding Authority through oppressive means to suppress the core essence of the populace. It is about empowering the people. Govt MUST live by their words & avoid approbating and reprobating. How do you lift people out of poverty by blocking every ray of hope?
