... Our children and grandchildren will have to pay back the overspend in CO2 emissions which we will continue to emit for decades more on current projections towards #netzero by 2050

It's a big delusion that netzero is the goal. #netzerofallacy means that even if get there, (ie stop racking up more debt on a global #carbonbudget 'creditcard')... the debt will still be there! We'll still need net negative technol. to pay off the debt after 2050.
