Here's the big news behind the FBI's warrant to seize tons of civil war gold buried in a cave in Pennsylvania.
Someone working for Governor Tom Corbett (R-Swamp) offered to let the treasure hunters secretly dig it up in exchange for a couple of bars of gold.

Then some DCNR personnel snuck into the area with a Bobcat in 2015 & tried to excavate the gold but did not know the exact location!

But someone had a camera installed & caught them...
So leaders of the Pennsylvania Legislature, who controlled DCNR’s budget tried to get the agency to look the other way while elected officials helped the treasure hunters steal the tons of gold.
And when that failed, people at DCNR tried to find it on their own!
While this was unsealed today, the FBI had the warrant approved in March 2018. I guess the cases are done & this could be unsealed now!
The judge signed off on unsealing the case yesterday while protecting the 3 people who are sources of information, including the 2 treasure hunters.

Apparently @AP & @PhillyInquirer intervened in the court case on Wednesday to request the case be unsealed. So the DOJ agreed to the unsealing with the protection of source identities with Person 1-3 replacing their real names.

I know Carter Page cleaned his tweets out, but I'm sure you guys remember his allegations against Voice of America. Seems the BBG that used to run them in that time frame had some corruption issues...

This is funny, in June 2018 Russia fined Radio Free Europe for failing to register as foreign agents!

Tucker's show is an act, an act to get ratings.

while he gives anti-Trump stories to the other 'journalists' to cover.

That's right, one NYT's reporter admits Tucker is his go to source for unflattering Trump stories.And he has had 16 journalists at other MSM outlets admit to him that Tucker is their source for stories to hurt Trump too!

Let's see where this goes.
FEC Office of General Counsel investigated Alexandra Chalupa & DNC for foreign collusion based on a Politico article.
OGC found the allegation was false, but found probable cause for other criminal actions. But FEC governors refused to investigate it.
So FEC OGC found probable cause of collusion between the DNC & Ukraine, but the majority of the commission voted to dismiss any investigation because it wasn't the original allegation.

FEC argues that the initial violation wasn't collusion, because Chalupa did not specifically ask for or recieve a thing of value within the email asking Ukraine to push blame to Manafort.
I guess that Trump Tower meeting wasn't collusion either by this standard...

How many of you have noticed that Chris Doyon, known as Commander X of Anonymous was arrested in Mexico on Friday & extradited to the US?

Is it a coincidence that a guy who claimed to have all the keys to the kingdom was denied asylum in Mexico & taken down to be brought to the US on a minor hacking charge that has been under seal since 2011?
Was 2012 the only election he hacked?

An unsealed search warrant revealed that the FBI infiltrated the secure phone industry & had a confidential source introduce global criminals to an encrypted communications system while the FBI had the keys to kingdom!

So the FBI & Australian Federal Police used their source, who was a major distributor for Phantom Secure, to get mobsters, Swamp creatures & terrorists to switch to the FBI's new phone service Anom.
3 times a week the FBI & AFP were getting a download of all messages!
As law enforcement around the world shut down other encrypted phone networks, criminals were herded onto the new 'secure' system Anom!

Very interesting case...
Fund manager involved in mergers & acquisions was arrested a few months ago & now the story is getting media attention. Silicon Valley Bank loaned him $95M based on supposedly faked documents without verifying the information.

He applied for the money in December, claimed he was managing the funds for Univ. of Miami & New York Univ. endowment funds & for the owner of the Mets!
Got the money 2/3/21 & was denied bail on a federal indictment on 3/4/21 because $80M was still missing.

That's fast...
Having a defendant indicted & in prison within a month after a financial crime is unheard of. Someone had to be under investigation before the deal was conducted.
