Imagine if we instead popularized scientists who actually make meaningful contributions to the world of science and not just those who can memorize details & speak & write well.

I'm legit sick of those two. They get so much credit for not really doing much of.... anything. I mean sure, it's important to have scientists who can engage the public & get them interested within the field, but at the end of the day, their inflated egos dont make it worthwhile.
I've been wanting to get this off my chest for a little while, I feel better now.
