Good morning everyone! Just creating my own panic monster to get things out publicly. A huge shoutout to all the designers out there for pouring in their responses on the salary survey. We got a whopping 650+ responses!
I had to correct a lot of data that came in as “4LPA, 4 lakh, 4 lack, 4 lakhs per annum, 4, 4L, etc” to something usable first. 😅
Second thing is that, I have added the variable pay to the base since it’s not a one time bonus. ESOPs have been ignored out of the equation right now since I need to call out the company that give ESOPs in a separate post.
Some companies are “prefer not to say, Stealth, NA”. But there are a lot more unicorns in the list. So I would be preparing one more report out of that list separately 3-4 weeks down the line
