This........ is unbelievable.
In case you're wondering what's wrong with our criminal justice system... The @HennepinAtty DECLINED TO PROSECUTE the guy who broke into a #Mpls house through the dog door that we posted last week. Message from the home owner below.

This is the suspect who was arrested and subsequently released without charges.

EDWARD HOLLIVAY, DOB: 08.14.1963

Hollivay has at least 6 prior felony convictions for robbery, and was just charged with trespassing three days prior to the burglary at 37th and Elliot.
