The vast majority of charged defendants act rationally & consistent w/ their self-interest. Assuming Allen Weisselberg is rational & I believe he is, he will plead guilty & cooperate for the following ten reasons:
1. Serious charges that call for a lengthy incarceration in a state prison if AW does not cooperate.
2. Overwhelming evidence to support a conviction.
3. AW has competent/independent legal representation who will advise him to cooperate or commit malpractice if they don't.
4. Crippling legal fees if he contests the charges & it would be improper & a conflict if Trump pays for them.
5. AW must know that the best defense Trump has is to blame AW & Trump will do so.
6. Trump Org will soon to cease operating as a viable business entity.
7. There's no reason for AW to be loyal to Trump when he knows that Trump is not loyal to anyone else.
8. AW has now been arrested which has shocked him & has also learned the details of the serious charges including the existence of the highly incriminating double set of books.
9. AW's cooperation will result in the maintenance of his freedom & perhaps his son's freedom as well so he has much to gain from pursuing this option.
10. @ManhattanDA would welcome his cooperation.
Conclusion: Weisselberg will soon decide to cooperate.

So I recently bought a new turntable to play my old vinyl records including the first 2 that I ever bought with my allowance money as a kid: American Pie & Jesus Christ Superstar. They hold up to this day as the classics they are. Anyone remember the first records you purchased.
There's something to be said about being able to touch your favorite records that is lost with digital music
All of you made my day with your replies. Just wanted to let you know how important that was for me. I hope that someday we can tweet much more about music, sports, animals, etc. and much less about those who are trying to destroy us.

The downfall of @RudyGiuliani:
Search warrant issued upon probable cause for all of his electronic devices that will reveal an abundance of evidence.
Just suspended from the practice of law for propagating one lie after another about the election; will be disbarred eventually.
Will lose the billion dollar lawsuits filed against him by the voting machine companies; these are meritorious lawsuits & the monetary damages are significant. These lawsuits alone will bankrupt him & he will lose everything including his NYC residence.
I expect that he will be indicted, arrested, convicted, & sentenced for the crimes he has committed against our country.
He has disgraced himself & his family name in the eyes of history, all for a traitorous, career criminal.

Disgraced @RudyGiuliani has been suspended from the practice of law. Well-deserved and much more punishment coming his way.

One more tweet in support of @AlvinBraggNYC for Manhattan DA. Here are some of the reasons why he is the best person for the job:
1. Experienced federal prosecutor in the SDNY (enthusiastically supported by his colleagues & adversaries such as me);
2. Experienced state prosecutor/attorney/supervisor w/ the @NewYorkStateAG;
3. Has a proven record of holding Trump accountable for his fraudulent actions including his charity & Trump University;
4. Honest to the core; he has also refused to accept any contributions from attorneys who may have cases with this office;
5. A long time resident of Harlem and he would be the first African-American DA in Manhattan (about time);

Good news: Reality Winner has now been released to either a halfway house or home detention per bop.gov. She will finish this last part of her sentence on 11/23/21. She is no longer in prison.

Located at: SAN ANTONIO RRM
Halfway House confinement allows inmates to work, attend school, see family, among other things during the day. There is a curfew in the evening when inmates must return to their room before turning in. Home confinement is similar except the inmate is living at home.
She's okay now and this last part of her sentence will be a breeze for her compared to where she was.

I believe that @ManhattanDA will present the Trump, et al. case to a grand jury for indictment after the NY 6/22/21 Dem primary which will essentially decide who the next DA will be. Vance wants to make sure that the Trump prosecution does not get politicized by the candidates.
However, Vance will not hold off until the next DA takes office which is on 1/1/22. I believe he's committed to commencing this prosecution under his watch which will also have the benefit of insulating the next DA fr allegations that the case was commenced for political reasons.
The case is also complex & Trump criminality is expansive. These cases take time to prosecute them properly. I predict the filing of an indictment sometime during the summer.
