Good news: Reality Winner has now been released to either a halfway house or home detention per bop.gov. She will finish this last part of her sentence on 11/23/21. She is no longer in prison.

Halfway House confinement allows inmates to work, attend school, see family, among other things during the day. There is a curfew in the evening when inmates must return to their room before turning in. Home confinement is similar except the inmate is living at home.
She's okay now and this last part of her sentence will be a breeze for her compared to where she was.
Whether she is at home or in a residential confinement facility, she is being supervised by the following office: bop.gov/locations/ccm/…
Typically, a released inmate will start at a halfway house and then be transferred to home confinement before completing her sentence.

Reality is still considered an "inmate" but is no longer confined in a prison. Instead, she is likely living in a residential reentry facility (halfway house):

I believe that @ManhattanDA will present the Trump, et al. case to a grand jury for indictment after the NY 6/22/21 Dem primary which will essentially decide who the next DA will be. Vance wants to make sure that the Trump prosecution does not get politicized by the candidates.
However, Vance will not hold off until the next DA takes office which is on 1/1/22. I believe he's committed to commencing this prosecution under his watch which will also have the benefit of insulating the next DA fr allegations that the case was commenced for political reasons.
The case is also complex & Trump criminality is expansive. These cases take time to prosecute them properly. I predict the filing of an indictment sometime during the summer.

Greenberg will be participating in numerous proffers w/ the Gov as a prelude to being signed up to a cooperation agreement. His credibility will be evaluated & if he tells the entire truth about himself/others, & has valuable info about others, he will plead guilty pursuant to
a cooperation agreement. At his eventual sentence, the Gov will file a 5k1 substantial assistance letter IF Greenberg complies w/ his obligations as a cooperating witness especially always being truthful/forthcoming. The 5k1 will be the only way he can receive a sentence below
any applicable mandatory minimum term of imprisonment, as well as allowing him a significant downward departure below his otherwise applicable sentencing guideline range. Greenberg has significant incentives to cooperate for this reason.

Journalists & amateur sleuths may be interested to know that all NYC property ownership including transfers/encumbrances are a matter of public record on Acris a836-acris.nyc.gov/CP/ Trump's condo at Trump Tower is comprised of an assemblage of separate apartments over time,
on floors 66, 67, 68. To use Acris, all you need are the block & lot numbers as follows: Block 1292, Lots 1262, 1263,1264. You then have access to all of the publicly filed docs about this condo which he may still own but which I predict he will transfer/sell to avoid creditors.
Acris should tell you almost in real time when he does transfer or sell this property. It also tells you the historical details about how this condo was assembled over time. It is complicated and interesting which is why I am tagging this guy @Fahrenthold

I would not be surprised if Gaetz is arrested/charged imminently either pursuant to a criminal complaint sworn to by a fed agent or a grand jury indictment. If the prosecutors have evidence supporting these serious allegations, public policy compels an arrest asap.
The defendant would then be either remanded or released pursuant to the strictest of conditions including home incarceration, prohibition on internet use, and no contact with the victims/witnesses. Right now Gaetz is out there doing who knows what in an uncontrolled manner.
The Government has concerns that he may be attempting to obstruct its investigation including contacting victims/witnesses and/or destroying evidence, as well continuing to commit crimes. Gaetz is a potential flight risk. He is desperate, not smart, & has financial resources.

1.Thread addressing @ManhattanDA timing issues.
W/ certainty, there will be criminal charges arising out of the investigation against Trump, Trump Org, et al. The formal appointment of Pomerantz is a very significant event. Unclear is the timing & at what stage he is coming in.
2. Pomerantz was reportedly providing informal counsel prior to his recent swearing in so he is not coming in cold. There's also the issue of whether a ruling from SCOTUS is needed before at least some charges can be filed. I believe Vance's office has voluminous evidence already
3. There is a possible statute of limitations problem as to at least some of the charges though there is a continuing criminal activity tolling of the SOL that could also apply. That being said, there is pressure to proceed very soon.

I have filed my complaint against him as follows:
Dear Grievance Committee:
Please consider immediately suspending Mr. Giuliani for
(1) his repeated lies about the integrity of our elections;
(2) his incitement of a mob ("Trial by Combat" etc.) which later stormed the Capitol resulting in the deaths of five persons including one police officer and numerous injuries; the mob came close to harming our elected officials including the VP and Speaker of the House;
(3) his role in filing numerous frivolous lawsuits around the country.
All of this information, and so much more, is publicly available. Mr. Giuliani's actions are so egregious and harmful to our democracy that I request that you act immediately with a suspension of his license
