Ok lets talk AMC and the big morning drop yesterday. A few interesting notes on this. In my opinion there was a coordinated short attack and it was intentionally covered up. Let me explain how I reach that conclusion. @cvpayne @SEC_News @SEC_Enforcement #AMC $AMC 1/10

1)At 10:02 est. A tweet goes out from some obscure company called Iceberg Research, of whom no one ever heard of claiming they had a short position in AMC. Now how obscure is Iceberg? Well they hardly even made a dent on Twitter. 2/10

2)After that tweet if you all look at the chart below, you are going to see this massive selloff begin at almost the same time this tweet came out. 3/10

3)In the next few minutes as price is dropping, the news articles started appearing at around 10:30 or so. At that time AMC had dropped below $48.00. 4/10

4)Now once AMC weathered that storm, it began to fight back as always, and we actually only closed the day down $51.96 (-4.17%) and we picked up another .95 in afterhours and closed at $52.91. Right back within the trading channel of the last 14 days. 5/10

5)It was no coincidence that this coordinated attack took place on a Friday before a long weekend. It was no coincidence that this obscure company was brought in to act as a smokescreen to give an excuse for such a drop that perhaps multiple hedge funds instituted. 6/10

6)Now with that said. You have witnessed first hand just how ugly things can get and how dirty those who battle against us can play. 7/10

7)Remember what I say all the time. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!
Has short interest changed dramatically? NO, Has the total shares on loan changed dramatically lower? NO. Have thousands of A P E S sold? I am going to say NO. 8/10

8) The move actually backfired on hedge funds because AMC rebounded and they did not create the panic sell off they attempted to create. So while we all sit back enjoying this holiday weekend, the hedge funds have got to be wondering what they hell can they do to stop AMC. 9/10

I am not worried one bit about AMC this weekend
