Every single account gives the same set of advices.

I know most of you question the logic behind them, just like me.

So let’s explore the real reasons behind them that nobody tells you.
🔰Exercise🔰

How exercising helps you?

There’s a hormone called ENDORPHINS that gets activated when you workout.

It’s directly related to putting your body in distress & then coming out of it.

This releases endorphins which instantly boosts your self confidence.
Endorphins can make you happy.

Endorphins makes you feel on the top of the world.

After workout, the instant rush that makes you want to conquer the world, that’s ENDORPHINS doing it’s job.

Also working out has its own long-term benefits that you probably know about.
🔰Read Books🔰

Reading books has several science-backed benefits. Some of them are:

• Strengthens your brain
• Increases your empathy
• Reduces stress

Most of the leaders, CEO’s, founders, etc. are avid readers.

But reading 52 books in a year is not necessary.
10-12/year is a good number.

Read for the sake of gaining new knowledge, not for the purpose of fulfilling a duty.

Also don’t limit yourself to books.

Read articles, journals, newspapers, etc.

The point is to gather new information & strengthen your brain.
🔰Drink Water🔰

Water is the magic liquid. Period.

How is it magic, psych?

Drinking enough water helps you to avoid the very deadly, dEhyDraTioN.

Common sense, duh.

Dehydration affects your brain functioning & also helps your liver to function properly.
Other benefits from drinking water are:

• Prevents headaches

• Helps in hangovers

• Aids weight loss

• Treats kidney stones

Now it seems like a magic drink, ain’t it?
🔰Sleep 7 hours🔰

“Sleeping wastes my time” says an affiliate marketer on Twitter with 5 different side hustles.

Damn right it does bro. Now fuck off from here.

Wealthy people sleep 9-10 hours a day, why wouldn’t they?

Good sleep improves productivity, focus & concentration.
A good night’s sleep produces Serotonin (the confidence boosting hormone).

Means sleeping well can boost your self confidence, sweet.

A deep sleep also improves your immunity, giving your body enough time to rest & getting prepared to fight anything.

So that’s that.
🔰Meditation🔰

Studies have shown the positive effects of meditation on the human brain & memory.

It also enhances concentration, attention, and focus.

Meditation also helps to increase self-awareness & being aware about oneself is a superpower to have.
It improves sleep & helps manage stress.

Meditation rewires your brain & is accessible anywhere.
So now you know the scientific reasons behind all these “cliche” advices.
