WHO scientist faces death penalty as India could be the first country to sue a WHO scientist for inadvising Ivermectin against Covid-19. The Bar Association of India has initiated the proceedings.

On 25 May, the Indian Bar Association (IBA) filed a lawsuit against Dr Soumya Swaminathan, WHOs chief scientist, accused of causing the death of Indian citizens by deceiving them about ivermectin.
If Dr. Soumya Swaminathan is convicted, then she could be sentenced to death or life imprisonment.

The brief accused Dr. Swaminathan of committing a fault by using her position as a health authority to serve the special interests of the lucrative vaccine industry.💰💉

The Indian Bar Association has taken the first step in initiating legal action against an official for COVID related guidance failures. The legal notice calls for a clear response from Swaminathan on a number of key points r/t Ivermectin.
The Bar Association said that in the case of a failure to provide a clear response, it reserves the right to initiate prosecution under sections of the Indian Penal Code and Disaster Management Act, 2005.

The Bar Association claimed that the WHO expert overlooked research and clinical studies from two organisations—the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care (FLCCC) Alliance and the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development (BIRD).

These two organisations have reportedly presented substantial data demonstrating that Ivermectin prevents and treats Covid-19.
As per the notice, IBA said: "Dr Soumya Swaminathan has ignored these studies/reports and has deliberately suppressed the data regarding the effectiveness of the drug Ivermectin, with an intent to dissuade the people of India from using Ivermectin".
The notice also added that the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) refused to accept Swaminathan's claims and retained the recommendation for Ivermectin under 'May Do' category...
for Covid-19 patients with mild symptoms and those in home isolation.

Being reported that 2 of those captured are Americans. Joseph Vincent and James Solanges. Solanges is President of Jacmel First, a South Florida charity supporting children in Haiti. His bio identifies him as a former Canadian embassy bodyguard and 'certified diplomatic agent'

Many establishment democrats arent communists or socialists, unlike a lot of rank and file democrat voters who are. Those at the top are political opportunists that use any means to consolidate power for themselves. They'd happily sit atop a pile of shit if it was deemed valuable
This isnt to say the AOC and her Acolytes arent socialists. But the swampy constantly in power Dems (Feinstein, Schiff, Harris, and the hundreds of other congress critters) are just looking for money and perpetual power as any aristocrat does, even if that is at the expense us.
The problem with messaging on the right is that labelling them communists or socialists doesnt matter to them. They dont view that as a negative. They actually see a lot of good in those systems, which is difficult to understand. Its part of why they are rarely on defense.

Biden will get an * going in to 2024. They arent removing him. I suspect these audits will take us right up to 24' timeframe. Theyll be used as debate meat and by the time they are all over we'll be "voting" again.
There are reasons a list like this can exist and it isnt because ordinary people hold the power.
Its bc the powers that be, the bureaucratic machine, the beltway, the establishment - whatever you want to call them arent necessarily responsive. Theyre proactive. They create narrative and situation, they drive events and control perception. These audits arent removing Biden.
