Gital Sahgal, Amnesty International's former gender unit head, reminds us that Amnesty's then Secretary-General @Claudio_Cordone justified working with pro-Taleban activists because ”defensive jihad is not antithetical to human rights.”

Naturally, Cordone now works for UNRWA.
Amnesty changed its mind when partner Caged Prisoners was linked to ’Jihadi John’, the masked ISIS man with British accent who beheaded hostages.

On Amnesty's support for the pro-Taleban, misogynistic group Caged Prisoners (Cage): ”There was a cover up, major lies told or economy with truth. They were shamed but managed to move on with no attempt to address the issue. Kate Allen was a key figure.”
Kate Allen refused to receive the book ”Double Bind: The Muslim Right, the Anglo-American Left, and Universal Human Rights,” about the left's love affair with Jihad.

She ignored Pragna Patel, @SBSisters and @HHbruichladdich when they went to see her.

Activists that Kate Allen refused to meet included Heather Harvey, who led Amnesty UK’s Stop Violence Against Women campaign for 5 years (before Amnesty denied prostitution discriminated against women), and Gita Sahagal, Amnesty's former Gender Unit head.

If you don't name the perpetrator, this is worthless. Why haven't you even mentioned the word ”Cuba” since May 2020? During a year when they beat up artists & dissidents and throw them in prison? And as they now seek to crush historic mass protests?

More than two dozen PA security officers raided his home, at 3:30 am. They severely beat Banat with metal clubs and rifle butts, in front of his wife and young children...”

TOP: In multicultural 🇮🇱 Israel, street signs have Arabic.

BOTTOM: In the apartheid 🇵🇸 State of Palestine, Hebrew signs are banned and land sales to Israeli Jews are punishable by death.
I've been sitting at the UN for 17 years and this was never mentioned:

"The sale of Palestinian land to Israelis is punishable by death, a Palestinian court ruled, in what PA officials say is a necessary measure to ensure the founding of a future state."

For the past two weeks, Palestinians have begun to protest the brutality of their autocratic Abbas government.

Meanwhile, the U.N. Human Rights Council is about to hold its perennial meeting on Palestinian rights but will mention none of this — because Israel cannot be blamed.
