.@DNC & @TomPerez owed a fiduciary duty to find out why the totals posted by @nytimes in the Florida House District 26 race (which showed the Democrat had won) differed from the official totals (which showed the GOP won). And to report back to the voters. Why didn’t they? 1/
2/ I’m the first to say that this screenshot does NOT prove fraud. But it absolutely put @DNC on inquiry notice. They owed it to the voters to investigate this and report back.
3/ More bizarreness from the Florida House 26 race.
4/ These totals came from somewhere. Where did they get them?
5/ The Florida House District 26 race encompassed Miami Dade. The supervisor of elections there is Christina White, a Republican who was appointed by the guy who supposedly won the race. The race should be audited. It wasn’t. Not okay. communitynewspapers.com/biscayne-bay/m…

.@EACgov: In January, I sent u a public records request re: ur preelection investigation of ES&S’s hash validation issues, which impacted up to 19 states. You postponed ur production deadline until May, only 2 postpone it again until October, which is unacceptable. @benhovland 1/
I wrote about what I know of this issue here. You hold the missing pieces, but do not apparently want the public to know about them. 2/whowhatwhy.org/politics/elect…
Please follow the law by producing documents responsive to my request. It’s been more than five months already. Thanks. 3/ Image

This article begins w/ a bogus premise. In reality, McConnell’s approval was around 40 % in 2020. More important it was higher than McGrath’s. The 18% is from 2017 (outdated). The author & @DCReportMedia knew this. But they led w/ it to make it click bait. And boy did it work. 1/
“Likely voters have a mixed opinion of Senator McConnell, with 44 % saying they have a favorable opinion of him, while 46 % say they have an unfavorable opinion of him. Amy McGrath receives a negative 34 - 47 percent favorability rating. “ - Oct. 2020 2/ poll.qu.edu/poll-results/

“For weeks, Bolsonaro has insistently cast doubt on Brazil's electronic voting system, in place since 1996, by claiming elections have been marred by fraud, most recently his own in 2018.” 1/
abcnews.go.com/International/…
“He says he should have won without a runoff. The nation's electoral tribunal last month ordered him to present any evidence of fraud, which he has yet to do.

This week, Bolsonaro said during a live broadcast on social media he could reject 2022 election results if he loses.” 2/
“Bolsonaro has been pushing for…a constitutional reform that would add printouts of each vote to the electronic system. Were the change implemented, a receipt for each electronic vote would be visible to the voter b4 being deposited into a sealed ballot box.” 3/

Good development. “Michigan's chief law enforcement officer, along with state police, will launch an investigation into those who have allegedly peddled disinformation about the state's Nov. 3 election for their own financial gain.” 1/ freep.com/story/news/pol…
“A Republican-led report that found no evidence of widespread fraud recommended the probe.” [This is fantastic imho] 2/
“The oversight committee's report did not mention which individuals should be investigated and Mukomel declined to say who will be investigated because the investigation is ongoing.” 3/

Reviewing Florida elections (including House races 26 & 27) should be a top priority for Democrats. Florida elections are always sketch and include planted NPA candidates, wireless modems, Russian hacking, unexpected GOP victories, & crappy audit laws.
Florida House District 26 was an unexpected GOP win. The District includes Miami Dade which has modems, ES&S, & a Republican election supervisor who was appointed by the guy who won the race. Weird initial posted results. Result cld absolutely be legit, but I want to review it.

We are in a tough place re vote by mail, not bc I think it is beset by fraud, but bc it is difficult to prove a secure chain of custody with mail flowing in every day over the course of many days. Rs will use any uncertainty to undermine future results (but only if they lose). 1/
That said, vote by mail uses #HandMarkedPaperBallots, which may deter hacking of central tabulation systems. Vote by mail also avoids long lines and vanishing polling places. We are in a bind. 2/
I still feel the answer is to champion as much security as possible and to put Rs on the defensive for thwarting security measures before the election. 3/ axios.com/gop-senator-el…
