Should be a bigger issue: Some of my Spanish friends would love traveling to America this summer but cannot due to the #BidenBlockade. Spain and other EU nations opened travel to Americans earlier this summer (no vaccine or Covid tests required!); many expected … 1/
the U.S. to reciprocate, esp as Biden claims he’s restoring relations “w/ our European allies.” Instead his refusal is like a slap in the face, particularly as there’s no science-based justification for keeping the restrictions. Europe out-libertying America is just embarrassing.
Glad to see I'm not the only one complaining about this ...

It’s 3 PM, aka the time of day Biden stumbles through remarks his handlers have carefully prepared and the media pretend they’ve just witnessed Churchill’s “We Shall Fight on the Beaches” speech
Biden claims Europeans asked him, “Is it going to be OK, the citadel of democracy?”

"Most Un-Texan Thing To Do": @GregAbbott_TX mocks Dems for "running away from a fight," says they fled state bc they can be arrested for refusing work

Abbott also notes they're complaining about a bill that expands voting access far more than states like Delaware currently have
Texas Democratic Rep. Trey Martinez Fischer (@TMFtx) on risking arrest in fleeing the state to avoid debating new voting laws: "We are not property. We are elected officials. But this is the risk that we take to stand up for democracy."
Rep. Fischer on chartering a private plane to D.C.: "Everybody wants to see" us; we "need to fly privately"

Anti-white racism is what attracts all of the attention in the CRT debate, but that’s ultimately one of its least radical propositions. The “movement” — as its founders describe it — is better understood as an effort to dismantle Western Civilization
Read CRT writers in their own words: Image
It's embarrassing how some have been duped into defending CRT on free speech grounds when CRT advocates are actively trying to dismantle the foundation upon which free speech owes its existence

.@UNC achieves the ultimate humiliation
@UNC .@nhannahjones, after successfully intimidating UNC into offering her tenure position, declines position:

“To have that vote occur on the last possible day after threat of legal action, after weeks of protest … it’s just not something that I want anymore."
@UNC @nhannahjones Jones claims she never went public with her spat against UNC’s board of trustees: "I didn’t want this to become a public scandal. I didn’t want to drag my university through the pages of newspapers … This did not become public because of anything that I did."

Not sure why lefties are promoting this clip as Gen. Milley comes across as unprofessional & dogmatically progressive — even repeating the false left-wing talking point that blacks were considered "3/4ths [sic] of a human being" at America’s founding
If this were about becoming better versed on complex subjects, there'd also be suggested reading on the other side of the spectrum (Tom Sowell, Robert Woodson, Abigail Thernstrom, John McWhorter). Instead, look at the books the Navy’s currently promoting: navy.mil/CNO-Profession…
Navy’s suggested reading:

— “How To Be an Anti-Racist”
— “The New Jim Crow”
— David Brooks’ “The Road to Character”
— “No Pity; People with Disabilities Forging a New Civil Rights Movement”
— “Sexual Minorities and Politics”
— “Fed Up: Emotional Labor, Women & the Way Forward”
