The Rafale Deal or Scam?

Firstly, Calling it a INC deal is half truth.

In the year 2000, the BJP led central government begun the process of acquiring 126 Medium multi role combat aircrafts.

Between 2001 & 2004, the IAF submitted proposals thrice to acquire 18 aircrafts on a ready to fly basis & to manufacture 108 aircrafts in HAL by transferring technology from Dassault.

The then BJP government rejected all these proposals.

In January 2004, IAF was directed to float RFP for competitive bidding.

So it is evident that the then Vajpayee led BJP government did not violate the Defence procurement procedures to favour Dassault.

மின்சார துறை அமைச்சர் 2011 காலக்கட்டத்துல அதிமுகவிலிருந்தார். அதனால் அவருக்கு ஞாபகம் இல்லையோ என்னமோ.

தமிழ்நாடு மின்மிகை மாநிலமா இருக்க முக்கிய காரணமே தனியாரிடம் வாங்கும் மின்சாரம் தான் என்று சட்டசபையில் கூறினார்.

அவரது பார்வைக்கு வரலாற்றுச் சுவடுகள்.

2010-11ஆம் ஆண்டின் முடிவில் தமிழகத்தின் மொத்த நுகர்வில் 68 சதவீதம் தனியாரிடமிருந்து அதிக விலைக்கு வாங்கப்பட்டதாக CAG குறிப்பிட்டுக் காட்டியுள்ளனர்.

தனியாரிடம் மற்றும் மத்திய அரசின் உற்பத்தி ஆலைகளில் கொள்முதல் செய்த மின்சாரம்
2006-07 : 34,082 MU
2010-11 : 49,027 MU

இந்த 49,027 million unitsல் தனியாரிடமிருந்து கொள்முதல் செய்தது 36,167 million units.

மொத்த மின்சார உற்பத்தி திறனில் தனியாரின் பங்களிப்பு 12% (1180/10237).

ஆனால் மொத்த உற்பத்தியில் தனியாரிடமிருந்து கொள்முதல் செய்தது 50% (36,167/72388).

Unspoken ones from the CAG report for the year 2018-19.

TN government has spent in excess of 1000 Crores for school education in the year 2018-19.

Not restricting expenditure for education due to budgetary constraints can be appreciated.

Cash balance and investment of cash balances by TN government

2010-11 : ₹15,747 Crores
2018-19: ₹43,229 Crores

Interest payments to revenue receipts posted a reduction from 17.78% to 16.55%. Increased revenue receipts the reason.

Between 2017-18 and 2018-19 the State’s revenue had shown a decent growth in comparison to the preceding years.

For the first time in 5 years the state posted a growth of 19% over the previous year.

சட்டசபையில் நிதி அமைச்சர் தேர்தல் வாக்குறுதியில் குறிப்பிட்டதைப் போல் பெட்ரோல் டீசல் விலையை ஏன் குறைக்க வில்லை என்பதற்கு விளக்கம் அளித்தார்.

1) வளர்ந்த மாநிலங்களில் தமிழகம் தான் குறைவான மாநில மதிப்புக் கூட்டுதல் வரி விதிப்பதாக கூறினார். இது தவறான தகவல்.

ஜூன் மாதம் ஒன்றாம் தேதி பெட்ரோலின் உற்பத்தி விலை மற்றும் கலால் வரி ₹68.89. இந்தியாவில் அவர் குறிப்பிட்ட வளர்ந்த மாநிலங்கள் விதிக்கும் வரி

மஹராஷ்ட்ரா : 26% VAT+ ₹10.12
கர்நாடகம் : 35% sales tax
குஜராத் : 20.1% VAT+ 4% Cess on Town Rate & VAT
தமிழகம் : 15% + Rs.13.02 per litre

இதன் அடிப்படையில் ஒரு லிட்டர் பெட்ரோலுக்கு மாநில அரசு விதித்த வரி.

மஹராஷ்ட்ரா : ₹28.03
கர்நாடகம் : ₹24.46
தமிழகம் : ₹23.05
குஜராத் : ₹16.84

அவர் குறிப்பிட்ட மாநிலங்களில் குஜராத் தான் குறைந்த மதிப்புக் கூட்டுதல் வரி வசூலிக்கிறது. தமிழகம் இல்லை.

2016 முதல் 2021 வரை ஏற்பட்ட மின் தடைகள் feeder pillar fuse போனதாலும் transformer பழுதானதாலும் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளதென்று மின்துறை அமைச்சர் கூறுகிறார்.

Fuse போனதால் ஏற்பட்ட மின் தடைகளின் எண்ணிக்கை : 5,41,533

சராசரியாக ஒரு தொகுதியில் ஒரு நாளில் 1 தடவை மின் தடை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.

இப்போ அப்படியா இருக்கு நிலைமை?

9 மாதங்கள் பராமரிப்பு பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படவில்லை என்றால் இது என்ன??

Ram Jan Bhoomi temple land scam??

The Trust began the exercise to buy-over lands adjoining the boundary of the 70 acres temple complex, which it got after the Nov’2019 SC verdict.

Intent was to expand the temple complex to 107 acres

The claim is that Irfan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari purchased some of these adjoining lands for 2 Crores and sold it to Ram janbhoomi trust for 18.5 Crores.

This claim is half baked & misleading.

Below is the e stamp document for the land purchased by Irfan Ansari. Stamp duty paid was ₹40,23,920.

In UP, stamp duty has to be paid at 7% of property value. 7% stamp duty means the property purchase value is 5.74 crore.
