1. Ikhlas.

Jual dgn penuh kasih sayang.
Jangan jual kalau barang rosak, inferior quality.
Selesaikan masalah orang.

Customer naik Sheikh?
Buang, cari lain.

Bila kita ikhlas, mana mungkin kita nak kelepet orang.
2. Failure is My Friend.

It's ok to fail. Ini bukan sekolah. In fact orang yg selalu gagal disekolah lagi tinggi resilience berbanding straight A students.

Gagal berkali², bangun buat balik.
3. Terima risiko seadanya.

High risk, high gain.

Terimalah risiko. Yg best risiko business adalah kita dapat kawal semua risiko tu.

Jangan bergadai semua harta utk business.

Never all eggs in one basket.
4. Semua salah kita.

🔥 Staff mencarut pada customer, salah kita.

🔥Product review teruk, salah kita.

🔥Customer tak puas hati, salah kita.

🔥Barang lambat sampai, salah kita.

Salah kita sebab siapa suruh start business?
5. Berdiri Sendiri

Belajar berdiri tanpa tongkat, kebergantungan kepada orang lain, dari segi ilmu, duit dan usaha.

Jangan tadah je semua sifu tabur.
Jangan mula dengan loan.
Jangan harapkan hasil orang lain.
6. Pro Amateur

Sifat amateur adalah mencuba dan sentiasa mencuba.

Cube try test.

Sekalipun dah sampai berjuta sale, teruskan mencuba benda lain.

Jangan sekali terasa macam kita dah level sifu. Humility is the only way.

Dengan itu, teruskan membaca.
7. Fortune Favors the Bold.

"Saya introvert, macam mana nak jual".

Kau malu, tak payah berniaga.

Bersedia untuk dimaki, dicaci dan misunderstood.

Pedulikan "orang kata" kecuali orang tu bayar kita.

Confident based on evidence, not ego or fantasies.
Ada banyak lagi mindset boleh dipegang. Cukuplah sekadar 7 sahaja kali ini.
