no, i haven't had dinner quite yet.
yes, i've kept myself busy doing rehabilitation exercises and such.. and although it might not seem though, i/we're busier than you might see!

yes, it's quite hot these days.. korea's quite hot.. it's been up to 33-34 degrees celsius.

i didn't dye my hair, no, it's just that the color i'd dyed it washed out... this is washed out from the blue i did before.
do i play guitar these days? i played since my surgery, and.. for guitar it's important to keep up a steady routine.. i'm trying to get back into it!

what color will i dye my hair next? ah, i need to think about it.. but typically whatever color i do, it ends up washing out to this beige? color. i was trying to grow out my hair, but because of the heat these days..

i will show you all a tour of my studio once i've fully cleaned it a bit.. there's still some stuff around on the floor.
korea's in the rainy? season.. is that right? i heard it's supposed to get even hotter this week,, maybe this week or next week it will rain.

did i watch the soccer matches? no, i didn't.. i do know about the result.

a vacation? i don't know if i can really look forward to a vacation at this rate/these days.. a summer break..

coffee? i haven't had coffee too often these days.. caffeine hasn't really been working well with me these days, especially after not having it for a while post-surgery. so i've just been having decaf since the surgery.

working out? yes, i've been continuing to do it.
i still feel a little bit of uncomfortableness when i workout/do rehabilitation exercises but..
i actually can only stay for 20 minutes, once time's up i have to go,, i was actually in the middle of doing rehabilitation workouts.

you don't like corona? me neither.. i wonder if there could be anyone who does like it.
you want a song recommendation? permission to dance~ i also recommend butter.. dynamite came out last year.. and so did life goes on, so ill recommend this year's new songs.

oh~ is it high school final exam season? woah,, that's like 10 years ago for me.
who am i rooting for in the nba finals? well the team i support lost in the bracket from the first round so,, it doesn't matter too much for me.
i'm not sure what bang PD must be up to right now..

no, i haven't quite kept up with penthouse.. i watch reruns, but i can't really watch dramas from start to finish. i think the last one was sky castle. i can't start if i can't finish?

what foods do i enjoying eating these days? hm..i had ramen for the first time in a while. what do you call it? air-fried, not fried noodles? i was actually so~ surprised..
when i have too much flour, i don't feel too well/it gets hard to digest.. like jjajangmyeon or jjambbong..

my skincare routine?? i don't quite remember ever having an elaborate skincare routine.. i don't even use face masks,, and these days i don't use toner either. i just use lotion.. the dermatologist told me the good ingredients in skincare aren't good for me? i use something mild.

tteokbokki and jjajangmyeon,, i haven't had either recently. when i have tteokbokki, though, i have the rice flour ones.
it looks like i have knee pain in the music video? no, i didn't have surgery for my knees/i don't have sore knees.. it's probably something i did out of habit?

i think i have to go now, everyone.. it's not quite the gym, it's just for rehabilitation exercise..
