If you understand the zero-sum power dynamic inherent in critical theory and intersectionality, derived from the Marxist oppressor/oppressed categories and framework upon which it is built, then you understand that "abuse" to them is not surrending to their demands.
Not giving them "power" and "control." Critical theory is all about redistributing power. Exercising power against them is therefore "abuse." So that is why the playbook when all else fails is to make a big stink about "abuse."
Nothing short of unconditional surrender to all of their demands will suffice.
