I am going to uncover the 3 NASTY false beliefs that have been programmed into your brain.

If you read on, this will change the way you think and see every single piece of information.

As a result, you will become:

- fitter
- happier
- wealthier

False Belief #1: Consumption = Happiness

We have been wrongfully taught that consumption will lead to happiness.

- Porn
- Sugar
- Luxury cars
- Social media
- Designer clothing

This is feeding off of our brain's tendency to seek the easiest and quickest hit of dopamine.
Dopamine is known as the body's "feel-good" hormone.

There is a major problem with this false belief.

This quick-fix dopamine is not long-lasting.

When you eat the junk food, the high doesn't last long.

When you buy the fancy car, the high doesn't last long.

The result 👇
A more unhappy population.

Big corporations grow wealthier.
You grow more unhappy.

When you feel unhappy AND you hold this belief, you consume even more.

It is a never-ending cycle... until you change this belief.
False Belief #2: Success = Evil

We live in a society of success shaming & victim praising.

They will brainwash you into thinking:

- money is evil
- success is a result of luck
- successful people step on others to become successful

Why do you think we're taught this?
They want you to stay:

- fat
- broke
- depressed

It is EXTREMELY profitable for them.

False Belief #3: You Are Perfect Just The Way You Are

Society wants you to stay trapped.

They fear most the man that:

- is fit & healthy
- is financially free
- can critically think

This belief will handcuff you from change.
And when you are resistant to change, you maintain the same beliefs...

And you're exactly where they want you...

TRAPPED.

You think:

>> you are perfect just the way you are
>> consumption = happiness
>> success = evil

And you will stay this way forever.
BUT, you now have some hope.

You have gained awareness over these 3 nasty false beliefs.

You now hold the keys to an enlightened life.

Will you jump into the driver's seat or stay in the passenger's seat?

People glued to the news to stay “informed” seem to be the most out of touch with reality.
Most people forget that the news is a BUSINESS.

Their #1 goal is $$$.

They do not care about "informing the public"

They do care about saying what will attract the most attention and elicit strong emotions.
The news also creates FALSE perceptions in your brain.

This is due to the availability heuristic.

If you watch the news consistently, you will believe that:

- racism
- sexism
- acts of violence

are MUCH more common than they actually are.

WRONG.

Obesity puts you at a greater risk for:

- stroke
- diabetes
- heart disease

If someone trusts this misinformation, it could very well COST them their life.
2) Normalizing Low Standards Of Life

Do you really think it should be normal to suffer from:

- disease
- low libido
- low energy
- depression
- insecurities
- early death
- high medical costs

Kids growing up are believing this is the NORM.
