Nice and easy zone 2 (see below for why this is important especially for men over 35)
One of best health / fitness podcast episodes ever. If this were an audiobook, would be an instant classic.

There lived an old farmer who had worked in his fields for many, many years. One day, his horse bolted away. His neighbors dropped in to commiserate with him. “What awful luck,” they said sympathetically, to which the farmer only replied, “We’ll see.”
Next morning, to everyone’s surprise, the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses. “How amazing is that!” they exclaimed in excitement. The old man replied, “We’ll see.”
A day later, the farmer’s son tried to mount one of the wild horses. He was thrown on the ground and broke his leg. Once more, the neighbors came by to express their sympathies for this stroke of bad luck. “We’ll see,” said the farmer politely.

If you’re

- Held without bail

- Denied evidence that could free you

- Speedy trial rights denied

- Beaten by guards

You’re not in Cuba you’re in Washington D.C.
Yes, guards are beating up J6 defendants and judges are looking the other way. politico.com/news/2021/04/0…

Google this exact title

- How a Convicted Terrorist used the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Website to Identify Targets

No results for it on Google.

They completely removed the page, which posted official court records.

DuckDuckGo has it.

Google just deleted it from search.
This is the article Google manually removed from its search results.

These are public court records, not my opinion, implicating the SPLC in a terrorist attack against a conservative Christian organization.

Bing has the article up, too.

This was a deliberate, manual pull by Google.

The article literally quoted court records. Links to original files. All documented.

Google will manually remove accurate reporting to cover up for left wing terrorist attacks.

Never trust a former federal prosecutor. Now and then an honest one slips through, but that rule is right 90% of time. Feds will gladly frame people if it gets them a press release. They are politicians. Billions (the show) is actually really accurate on that.
FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith fabricated evidence in a FISA warrant because that’s normal. He never expected to get caught, and wouldn’t have if Devin Nunes hadn’t dug.

Clinesmith didn’t go to prison though.

That’s how the system works. Don’t trust anyone saying otherwise.
Years ago a report came out showing that even in cases where Federal Judges reported prosecutorial by Feds, DOJ covered it up. Feds don’t get disbarred either.

But they’ll kick in doors and make the names of innocent people public forever.

“It’s a big club and you ain’t in it.”

I will live tweet #MayweatherPaul in this thread! 🥊
Logan Paul clearly took training seriously. Looks the part, has the reach, and there is fire in his eyes.
Mayweather is wearing a mask. Says it all!

I remember that Brian would walk up two steps in single stride. He was unbelievably handsome and simultaneously insecure the way most college aged men are.
We’d bullshit during OCS with a third friend who also didn’t fit in. Our other friend was a recovering alcoholic who got me into self-hypnosis CD’s.
Life was simpler then. Brian’s main focus was finishing his mechanical engineering degree and closing the Captains of Crush #3, which was a pretty big deal at the time. He could rep out the 2, which I could only get a few reps in.
