We needed our athletes to not be in the position of barely surviving what was done to them, and then carrying the weight of whistle-blowing and reform.

I am heartbroken for what they have suffered, but beyond proud of what has been accomplished.
World-class athletic prowess, incredible in it's own right. But even more, finding their voices, speaking up, and pushing for real change to keep the next generation from abuse.
