How to make offers that actually sell

There is one thing you must understand.

You don't get to sell what you WANT to sell.

The only things that sell are what OTHER PEOPLE WANT TO BUY ALREADY

So let me put this into perspective
Situation:

You're fresh out of college, don't want to work a job. You want to make internet money.

So you watch 37 YouTube videos about running Facebook ads for ecommerce stores

You say "I'm gonna make a Facebook ads agency!"
Problem:

You're not good at making videos and you're not good at copywriting.

You ONLY want to run the ads. You want the client to deliver you the videos and pictures so you can just click the buttons and run the ads.

That's the fun part!
It does not work like that.

You don't get to JUST run the ads. Because nobody NEEDS you to JUST run the ads.

The ONLY thing that matters with ads is the creatives.

So if you want to be an ad agency, YOU NEED TO MAKE THE CREATIVES.
Making the creatives is the biggest pain in the ass. It takes the MOST effort.

So what smart people do is SOLVE THE CREATIVE PROBLEM.

There is no "I need somebody to click the buttons" problem

There is an "I need creatives" problem

Here's a company that capitalized:
Billo

$59 per creative

They capitalized on the problem that ACTUALLY exists

People need CREATIVES
Now their target market isn't just people running their own ads.

It's young agency owners JUST LIKE I USED IN THE EXAMPLE who DON'T want to make creatives.

So you buy creatives from Billo and now you can "just click the buttons"
This is INCEPTION

IT'S 3D THINKING

Examples:
Situation: You want to make money on Instagram

1st order thinking: I'll make an Instagram growth agency

Responsibilities: buying shoutouts, designing posts
Problems:

> You're not good at designing posts

> You don't want to DM fuck tons of shoutout accounts to purchase spots
Now if you're smart you ascend to 3rd order thinking

"Okay, I have a problem. I want to make an IG agency, but there's these two issues.

If I have these issues, other people probably have these issues too"

OKAY NOW INCEPTION
Problem: You don't want to design Instagram posts

Solution: AI tool that designs posts for you (Social Studio by @wizofecom)

Problem: You don't want to message tons of people for shoutouts

Solution: You create a shoutout network and resell shoutouts
You sell things to a past version of yourself

SELL THE SHOVELS
Problem: "I need closers to close the leads for my high ticket offer"

The concept of “agency work” in verticals like advertising, lead generation, etc.

Are all categorized by constant iteration

You have to change messaging ALWAYS.

Now imagine this with 20 clients

It’s fucking miserable
Solutions:

> You work with one person and get rich with them (equity share)

> You micro niche the fuck out and do the same exact thing for everybody
And you don’t charge less than $8,000 / only work with big boys

The phrase "cold email agency" is so cringe please stop calling yourself that lmaooooooooo
If your craft is lead generation

You should know what type of offers will work with which type of mechanism

Sometimes LinkedIn will work better

Sometimes Google Ads will work better

Sometimes cold email is the best option

Every offer is different
For instance a real estate agent might be like "can I use cold email to get people to list their house with me?"

The tracking differential between Facebook pixel and Hyros is truly astouding

Throw up a $400/day campaign, gets 7 sales

Facebook pixel tracks 1, Hyros gets all 7
I set up Hyros Conversions Pixel and optimizing campaigns for that now

Can never exit the learning phase if Facebook only captures 15% of purchases.

Now I'm training my ad account with the Hyros data and not the FB pixel data
