Your action causes series of reactions, but most people’s minds are wired to see just one reaction

The moment you see past one reaction - your mind immediately gets wired to think long term.

Let me explain

These reactions are called “order of consequences” and there can be first, second, third, till infinity order of consequences (you can read this up)

But Here is an example- let’s say you want to move to a new house...

You only see the rent and services charge - the first order consequences

You miss the second order consequences - the cost of moving (which can cost as much as the service charge)

And there can be up to 5 order of consequences involved in that move

Every decision does not just have one reaction- it causes a ripple of reactions.

So going out to blow money in the club, for example; is just one step - it can set in motion series of consequences that can last into the future.

It happened to me once...

...I blew money in the club and I told myself I will use my reserve to pay my workers (first order of consequences)

When time for what the saving was for came - I was short by some x amounts now I had to take a loan (second order)

Now I had to repay the loan (third order)

It is not flex. All your actions extends into your future up till infinity. Trace the order of consequences for your actions - see if it is worth it
