Dear @SenWhitehouse:

You’re wrong.

All 100 senators had access to the printouts of the 4,500 tips received by the @FBI.

(In the big SCIF, along with the 7 FBI reports going back to Kavanaugh’s childhood.)

You were too busy creepin’ through Kavanaugh’s high-school yearbooks?
FYI, 10 Senate Judiciary aides (6 Grassley; 4 Feinstein) had full access & could’ve read every one of those 4,500 @FBI “tips.”

(I was one of them.)

Every whack-job in the world called into the @FBI.

If there were any credible allegations, the staff also could’ve flagged them.

I'm pro-everyone, including LGBT.

Like in Masterpiece, there's no shortage of Coloradans who will build a website celebrating a same-sex marriage.

But leftwing activists target Christians with their religious bigotry.

The Supreme Court must end this.

It is crystal clear from the plain text (textualism) and the original public understanding (originalism) of our century-old antitrust laws that trillion-dollar #BigTech monopolists (@Google, @amazon, @Facebook, @Apple) are violating the law.

axios.com/conservative-c…
But starting about 40 years ago, conservative academics and judges essentially rewrote—and neutered—our federal antitrust laws by grafting on the “consumer-welfare standard.”

This judicial activism makes it difficult to bring antitrust lawsuits, especially against #BigTech.
The “consumer-welfare standard” largely forces judges to focus narrowly on how the alleged anticompetitive conduct affects the price to consumers.

The problem is that #BigTech largely offers “free” services, like @Google’s gmail, internet search, and maps.

Let’s talk about (liberal) white privilege.

Too many poor Black people in DC dodge bullets (if they’re lucky) *every night*.

But when it happens to white baseball fans?

National headlines.

If this shooting occurred 6 blocks over, we wouldn’t hear about it.

Sick.
And I ❤️ that this tweet is triggering the racially deranged libs.

🍿
Every home on my street has Black residents (except mine).

We’ve had shootings recently.

Where was the press?

#BigTech is based in California, where there are 20 vacancies on the federal trial bench.

Home-state senators pick these judges.

Guess who @SenAlexPadilla tapped to lead this?

A former top political crony to @Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg.

Fair trial in #BigTech’s federal bench?
"[@SenAlexPadilla] has screening panels led by his adviser Michael A. Troncoso, who previously led political advocacy at [@ChanZuckerberg] established by [@Facebook] founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan."

law360.com/california/art…
This is yet another reason that @HouseGOP and @SenateGOP must join @RepKenBuck’s bipartisan effort to rein in #BigTech monopolists.

One of his 6 bills gives the state attorneys general the same ability as the federal government to bring lawsuits in venues outside of California.

Why are so many people still wearing masks in the DC area?

Any science behind this?

Political derangement?

Mental illness?

Or simply this easily manipulated?

😜 🐑 😜 🐑
Seriously, I made the mistake of coming to the Pentagon City Mall.

25% of the patrons are wearing masks.

They look like mentally ill people who are clinging onto their security blankets.

These lunatics put pressure on the @JoeBiden Administration to require masks on flights.
Are they anti-vaxxers?

Are they anti-science?

We need to start publicly shaming these 🤡 🤡.

As they proved over the last year and a half, they are a very grave danger to our liberties — and our way of life.

Tonight, we mourn the 4.5-year anniversary of those (Democrat) “insurrections” who objected to the certification of the 2017 Electoral College vote.

The worst attack on American democracy . . . since the objections in 2005, 2001, and 1969.
