We knew that January 6th was PLOTTED at the White House beforehand. At least following were involved:

Gen Flynn
Erik Prince
Roger Stone
Bannon

There have no doubt been others. But at least these traitors planned the coup from December

We knew that the ACTIVE SUPPORT during Jan 6th included at least:

Lauren Boebert

and no doubt many more

Now we add PLANNING ELEMENT from Congress

Trump listed these 3 men by name on Dec 27, as helping him overturn the election that Trump knew had no fraud

Senator Ron Johnson (WI)
House Rep Scott Perry (PA)

The much bigger news was that Trump had said he didn't care that the election was not corrupt, but he wanted the DOJ to just say it was

And relatedly that Trump was talking of his R. Congressmen that would support his coup d'etat already in December

This is smoking gun on Jan 6

Up to now, Trump could have attempted to say that the crowd on Jan 6 misunderstood him, and he did not mean for them to march to the Capitol

Now we know Trump KNEW there was no fraud in the election but wanted a PRETENSE. And that Trump was plotting the coup already in December

This is similar to Trump confessing to Ukraine extortion. This is similar to Trump confessing the tax fraud in New York

Legally, it is still a 'he said/she said' type of argument. It needs collaborating witness(es) but those will come.

The tax news is the worst possible news from Trump's point of view. Yes, he considers this a far worse development than the news that he is now caught red-handed having plotted the attempted coup d'etat.

Trump has FEARED this info. His taxes. He never ever ever wanted us to see

Trump has been terrified of anyone seeing his taxes. We know why. It is because he is not a Billionaire. He is a Debtonaire. It is all a sham, a facade. He pretends to be rich. He is broke. It is all loans that let him pretend he is rich.

The problem is, his IMAGE is based on it

Today the DOJ made the decision the taxes have to be released by the IRS to Congress. Note this is not that we get to see them as such

But they will leak. Or the relevant parts from them will leak. And we will know

The day they leak is Trump's worst day of his whole life so far

Should a criminal run for office?

Let's do a short thread

In next few years we find Trump had:

Cheated systematically on his taxes (Weisselberg)
Extorted (blackmailed) Qatar (Tom Barrack)
Sent Giuliani to extort Ukraine
Sold presidential pardons (Roger Stone)
And of course...

And we find Trump decided he will not accept election result, so he organized a terrorist attack on DC, his insurrection, in his coup d'etat attempt to subvert democracy, and be appointed King instead.

That is 'par for the course' if you vote for a CAREER CRIMINAL as President

Would we want a law that forbids criminals from running for office?

No, not really. And if such laws were made they might well fall at SCOTUS for good reason

What we want, is POLITICAL PARTIES to prevent criminals from USING THEIR VOTERS for criminal purposes

That is LEGAL WAY
