"Crab man will you ever do a Blackrock thread?"
Very likely.
To anyone and everyone who IGNORES the Biden Border Crisis where thousands are POURING in to America, and not checked for COVID etc.....
When do things "cross lines" and go too far in our society?
How about in Sydney.
Just look at that. "When should I take the leap of opposing authority?"
Right the fuck there. (Obviously if not sooner.)
Forget about the COVID for a second.
WHEN 👏THE👏MILITARY👏FORCES👏YOU👏TO👏STAY👏AT👏HOME👏ALL👏DAY👏
YOU👏ARE👏NO👏LONGER👏FREE👏
BY👏DEFINITION👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
DO YOU SEE THIS? DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?
"HOW DO I FIGHT BACK AGAINST THE ESTABLISHMENT?"
You have to be actively engaged. You do that by using your words to tell the world that you OPPOSE any further restrictions placed on you by authorities.
Others can see that, and feel comfortable joining you.
The definition of tyranny is: "cruel, unreasonable, or arbitrary use of power or control."
Many examples of this have happened. Both last year and this year.
And they will continue to happen unless you actively resist it.
I know things are confusing right now and everyone wants clarity.
To that, I again point out the very definition of TYRANNY is on display in the USA.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi being a repeat offender.
^^ There's no "sexism racism" motivations here. Excuses used by corporate media to ward off the public regarding demonstrations.
What the people of France are doing is saying NO to the overreach of rules and authority.
And it's a cause that sees no color or gender. That's key.
So if you're an American AFRAID of protesting COVID restrictions — let's set the record straight, with your probable fears.
The January 6th Capitol Riot does NOT give the Biden administration carte blanche to take away your freedoms and liberties.
Remember your autonomy.
The excuse of "BUT ITS FOR THE GREATER GOOD" or "WE GOTTA PROTECT VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS" doesn't work.
It's not 2020. We're in 2021. Things are different now.
The "greater good" excuse is nullified because the general public is CONFUSED and MISERABLE about it, all round.
(Another example. You see what Florida Governor DeSantis decided? He went with the "people have personal autonomy and the freedom to make up their own minds" option.)
When it comes to the eviction moratorium ending?
Throw away any partisan blinders.
The US Government put people into the mess by ALLOWING that in the first place.
And now the US Government chose to go on VACATION, instead of solving the problem they themselves made.
^ DONT write them off as just "lazy," when it comes to people who will probably protest and RIOT because they were screwed over re: eviction moratorium.
They're a crowd of people who are unhappy with the government and saying so. They were promised something and that was broken.
Worries about "destabilization" in the country with last summer's George Floyd riots?
There was grounds for concern. About the effect of losing any sense of normalcy.
BUT IN 2021
THE NORMALCY IS ALL GONE.
THINGS ARE NOW DESTABILIZED.
Consider that.
Try this exercise: WHO are you mad at? WHAT did they do to make you mad?
Let me demonstrate:
I am mad at President Biden and Vice President Harris. Both of them in their push for COVID vaccines promised people they could ditch masks. Forever.
They then went back on their word.
Another example: I will forever be mad at my Stepfather because he cheated on Mom, after being married to her for a decade...
... and he was screwing his therapy clients
... lost his license to practice
... and then moved to New Mexico to explore his addiction to sexual kink.
^ See? Saying things out loud to yourself, and writing it down, it provides a sense of catharsis.
And for me in that case it's about my acceptance that my worldview of what father figures are supposed to be was severely damaged and warped.
(As an aside: the benefit to spending most of your childhood in therapy? Being an adult that's confident and not doubting your personal sanity. Because LOL no need to worry about GETTING messed up, after already BEING messed up and overcoming it.)
ANYWAY YEAH POLITICS AND SOCIETY COLLAPSE
That's a thing. Self-acceptance of that reality is important.
You don't need to like it. Because nobody does. Uh-duhhhhhhhh.
Just acknowledge that it's here.
ANOTHER for the "its now ok to be MAD at the Biden administration" argument.
Left-wing Congresswoman. Right-wing Senator. Two polar opposites of politics.
But. Both. MAD AS HELL.
While AOC is often a broken clock, here is one of those “being right twice a day” moments
This is as simple as possible to describe, when trying to convey the current wave of chaos/disorder in our society.
It can be narrowed down to this one picture.
and at this point? new news like THIS gem.... it's all just carnival show shit now
never forget what I said about arbitrary tyranny
Important point that needs clarifying: the anger directed at the White House is here to stay.
Because even though there has been ROUTINE outrage culture episodes these past few years?…. We all did that as a luxury. We bickered because everything else in life was fine.
The strength of denial and believing everything is fine? Very strong. People are stubborn when it comes to shifting that particular worldview.
Now. I'm going to whip out the capital letters again.
OBSERVE the signs of this paradigm shift for USA.
Forcing Vaccinations vs. Freedom to choose
CNN says the White House is FRUSTRATED at the media coverage for entrenching this reality.
^^ America's "Civil War 2" factions are here whether you like it or not.
Red States vs. Blue States that'll likely be drawn on opposing policies of vaccination policy.
CNN's Don Lemon wants unvaccinated people to be shut out of society. He says that directly.
Saying America's future involves secession of states is now the likely reality.
Our political leaders can NEVER reach a mutual consensus. It's chaotic.
Breaking into two halves officially will be seen as a chance for relief from all that.
(See Texas for biggest example)
Democrats wanted ownership of people's bodies in the 1860s during the first Civil War (w/ slaves).
Democrats want ownership of people's bodies in 2021 with vaccination mandates.
So yeah it's a Civil War 2 in America's future.
Don't mind me, just reading the room.
This tweet from Elise Stefanik? It's reassuring to see the phrasing. Shows my earlier descriptions of the state of affairs is on target. :)
> "Slow-walking discovery to force defendants into plea deals."
> Lawyers can't speak to clients
Let's say the Trump administration "inspired" Capitol Riot.
SO THEN. What does that say about what the Biden administration is "inspiring," depriving people of right to fair trial?
South Dakota's Governor is saying this and phrasing it specifically for a reason.
That being: as of July 31st 2021 do you have ANY CLUE what will happens in months ahead?
August September October etc.
A symptom of the USA's collapse is YOU being unable to plan for the future.
This recent story about what's done to kids in migrant shelters? It crossed the line for me.
If the Biden administration is allowing kids to get MOLESTED at border facilities, because of his immigration "policies"?
I want nothing to do w/ that kind of government.
