On this day in 2007, B Troop, 1-91 Cavalry, 173rd Airborne, went to meet with the elders of the village Saret Koleh in Nuristan Province, Afghanistan. They were led by Captain Tom Bostick and his lieutenants. 1/

The PA Supreme Court freed Cosby because they found that the commonwealth of PA had pledged to not prosecute him, thus removing his 5th amendment right to refuse to testify, thus taking away immunity from being deposed in the civil case.

3/ The court describes a 1982 incident with Reno casino employee Janice Baker-Kinney, 24. Cosby gave her 2 pills "after which she became dizzy and passed out. When she awakened, she was on a couch in another room. Her shirt was unbuttoned and her pants were unzipped....
The astounding thing about this is that all this veteran was trying to do is share a bit of historical fact. A May 1865 New York Tribune story records recently emancipated slaves honoring Union soldiers who had died in an open air makeshift Charleston prison.
