1. Bharat is world's largest, oldest, continuous civilization, home of the world’s first cities,
Harappa & Mohenjo-Daro & now Rakhigarhi.

2. Bharat was one of the very first civilizations to use algebra & calculus.

More than 10500 students from all over the world studied more than 60 subjects.

The University of Nalanda built in 400 BC was one of the greatest achievements of ancient Bharat🇮🇳 in the field of education.
5. The art of Navigation was born in the river Sindhu 6,000 years ago.

The very word Navigation is derived from the Sanskrit word NAVGATIH.
The word navy is also derived from Sanskrit 'Nou'.
6. Bharat🇮🇳 pioneered many important scientific,medical, architectural & mathematical achievements that are still used today.

7. Bharat🇮🇳 invented the Number System.
8. Budhayana, was the first to calculate the value of π.
He then went on to explain the concept of what today is known as the Pythagorean Theorem.
He discovered this 500 years before Pythagoras was even born any other European mathematicians.
9. Algebra, trigonometry and calculus came from Bharat🇮🇳.
Sridharacharya developed quadratic equations in the 11th CE.
10. The largest numbers the Greeks and & Romans used were 106,

whereas Bharatiya🇮🇳 were using numbers as big as 10 to the power of 53, as early as 5000 BCE.

Even today, the largest used number is Tera (10 to the power of 12).
11. Ayurveda🇮🇳 is the earliest school of medicine known to humans.
Charaka, the father of medicine consolidated Ayurveda 2,500 years ago.
12. Sushruta🇮🇳 is the father of surgery.

2,600 years ago he and health scientists of his time conducted complicated surgeries like cesareans, cataract, artificial limbs, fractures, urinary stones, plastic surgery and brain surgery.
13. Usage of anesthesia was well known in ancient Bharat🇮🇳.

Over 125 surgical tools were used. Deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, etiology, embryology, digestion, metabolism, genetics and immunity is also found in many texts.
14. Bharat🇮🇳 invented the Number System. Aryabhatta invented the number zero.

15. Bhaskaracharya calculated the time taken by the earth to orbit the sun hundreds of years before Anyone.

Time taken by earth to orbit the sun: (5th century) 365.258756484 days.
16. The earliest reservoir and dam for irrigation was built in Saurashtra🇮🇳

17. According to Saka King Rudradaman I of 150 BCE, a beautiful lake called Sudarshana was constructed on the hills of Raivataka during Chandragupta Maurya's time.
18. Chess (Shataranja or AshtaPada) was invented in Bharat🇮🇳.

19. The place value system and the decimal system were developed in Bharat🇮🇳 in 100 BC.
20. Although modern images of Bharat🇮🇳 often show poverty and lack of development,
Bharat🇮🇳 was the richest country on earth until the time of British invasion in the early 17th Century.
Christopher Columbus discovered America trying to find an alternative way to get to Bharat🇮🇳
When many cultures were only nomadic forest dwellers over 5,000 years ago!!

Bharatiyas🇮🇳 established the Harappan culture in the Sindhu Valley (Indus Valley Civilization)

Ramappa - The Temple of Dance

The Ramappa group of temples were built in 1213 CE, Situated in village of Palampet,Telangana.
Temple complex was built by Recharla Rudra,chief of army of Ganapatideva.
Complex is named after main architect Ramappa Stapathi.

These temples are filled with sculptures that can easily be counted among the masterpieces of Indian sculptural art, and they create a perfect balance between the two ancient art forms prevalent in India: architecture and sculpture.
The most magnificent jewel in the Kakatiyan crown of temple architecture is the Rameshwara temple within the #Ramappa temple complex, in Palampet.

The beauty of this temple is mesmerising;

like a beautiful verse carved in stone, frozen for posterity.

The Ram Setu since centuries has been considered a historical place & a matter of religious importance for the Hindus.

But however the successive government after independence used Ram Setu issue to score political milestones & TRIED TO DESTROY IT to appease minority community.
It was the Congress government and its ally DMK, iN 2007 came up with a project called the Sethusamudram which was exclusively meant to destroy the Ram Setu.

An Indian Revolutionary who reorganized Hindustan Socialist Republication Army (HSRA)

Azad, a 15-year-old school student joined the Non-Cooperation movement led by Gandhi, which resulted into arrest.
He was presented before a magistrate, where he gave his name as Azad.
His father’s name as Swatantrata & his residence as Jail.

Because of this answer he was given 15 lashings.
The magistrate & officers were surprised when he courageously accepted the punishment & its bearings.

Baudhayana (800 BC) – The great Indian Mathematician gave Pythagoras Theorem at least 500 years before Pythagoras was even born.

Baudhayana is among one of the first to discover value of π about 2800 years ago!

Also gave method of finding square root of 2.

A rope stretched along the length of the diagonal produces an area which the vertical and horizontal sides make together.
Baudhāyana seems to have simplified the process of learning by encapsulating mathematical result in a simple shloka in a layman’s language.

As you see,it becomes clear that this is perhaps the most innovative way of understanding & visualizing theorem (And geometry in general).

According to CNN report,G7 leaders aired serious differences over the approach & disagreements reportedly became so sensitive at one point that ALL INTERNET WAS SHUT OFF.
