3/ The technology we build today can empower and bring together a decentralized movement in a way I believe was never possible before.
We are building something bigger than ourselves. We want to slay Moloch. Our responsibility is huge. The stakes are high.

6/ Value extraction is the default mode.
We want to achieve infinite growth in a world with finite resources.
To the moon/mars is not the answer.
The world should not be divided into Winners vs Losers.
This is an artificial state that is doomed to collapse on itself.

7/ Individualism rules, we all want to be special (=mathematically impossible).
The system trained us to swipe, block, and when we are not together we forget why we are here: to connect, to evolve, to move beyond ourselves.
We have Alternative Facts now.
Truth is endangered.

Media doesn't help: it's just hype cycles & fear-mongering and we just swallow.

Hit the system by starting at its core, fork it, make it better and make it more accessible to all.
Unstoppable DEXes will not fix wealth inequality, but it's a start.

13/ The power of privacy is underrated in the Ethereum world. We can all prove our identity pseudonymously and the world needs this.
Also: protect your funds, make sure your ens address is entirely separated from them. You can and will be tracked down.

14/ All of these are great use cases but imho the most exciting one is crucial for our planet: public goods support & community activism.
We don't need more VCs, we need activists.
Activists associate tech with money and money with corruption. We need to break this cycle.

So many projects are doing a crazy good job. But they need all the funding so they can target future users & scale.

Many of what we label today as issues are actually just stress caused by a sick society.
I believe many people flock to this space exactly because this late-stage capitalism makes no (more) sense.

Neurodivergence is a superpower but only if we feel safe enough.

21/ Projects like @MetaSpace_Now are leading the way, but we need many safe-havens.
I can't emphasize this point enough.
Decode yourself or you will code it in.
People care should be at the core of what we build, because we are building for the people.

22/ Last but not least let's focus on Projects.
We want to fix mass coordination problems but we still have to get better at coordinating ourselves.
DAOs are still too often exclusive boys clubs or if they have a token, 'volunteers' tend to disappear when the price drops. 🤔

23/ VC money is a risk, which we already see impacting the openness of certain protocols.
It's just what the system does. It buys its way in & innovation is stifled for reasons of self-interest.
Easiest: buy the people. Next: buy the organizations.

DAOs are slowly scaling.
However, we need more cross-pollination, we need a DAOs of DAOs, we need research, handbooks, training.
We need to hire the right people to coordinate these large-scale experiments.
