A witness saw a BM wearing a red/white/blue top with a pistol in his hand and a white bag in the other running north in the alley on Emerson Ave N. Another BM in a yellow shirt also fired a gun and ran north in the alley.
Police reporting that one suspect is a 14 year old M wearing a neon yellow sweater, last seen northbound in the alley.
One suspect was wearing a black turtleneck up to his chin, light complexion BM and thick eyebrows (corrected).
