When other 4profit companies are abusive workers and consumers boycott. Boycotts have long proven to bring immediate action. A boycott of our toxic hcare system, is a general strike or general resignation nationwide. 4/

There is a possibility there will be casualties during such a collapse. HCPs have to ask themselves, does the system or noncompliant care about these casualties? The answer is NO. Only the HCPs do and that's why they return and this is what they BANK ON.

HCPs should view surge 4 as vacation time and time for the caregivers to care for themselves. There are HCPs that stay because they garnish attention for the victim role. This doesn't help them or their patients. The Virus will remain as long as it has HOSTS and an environment.7/
