Those concerned about the Delta variant that are FULLY VACCINATED and concerned
about risk and break through
infection need to consider important variables not published- YET 1
2 A- length of time since initial jab. Israel started vaccination
on Dec 19th 2020 (6months ago) Studies on Natural antibodies from having COVID-19 are mixed but show 3-6 months. Jab sustainability is unknown, but 6 months is est. 2
3 Fully vaccinated breakthrough infection can be due to waning immunity from vaccines given in Dec and January. Prior to Delta boosters were being suggested the same as an actual flu shot 3
4- B- age of patients fully vaccinated but hospitalized
Patients over 65 despite being
fully vaccinated are still at higher risk due to increasing
Age 4
5 C- preexisting risk or health conditions make fully vaccinated patients at higher
risk. Especially immunocompromised, autoimmune etc. NONE OF THESE DATA POINTS ARE BEING RELEASED. 5
6- so when considering a booster the questions to consider 1- date of last vaccine and time elapsed
2-age if over 65
3-prexisting conditions 6
7- one study within the UK showed those getting first the AZ and then a mRNA shot has very robust test results. In addition those with 12 week delays had stronger results. Things to discuss and factor 7
Two one time hestitant vaxxers entered a vaccine tent
- There were no lines & the risk for COVID-19 was lower
-All vaccines were offered so they had a choice
-5 months had passed & 1.42 billion shots later s/e are known 1
2 -Bc of the time passed they made an informed decision
- One had allergies, the other Asthma. They confirmed there was an EpiPen & rescue crew in case
- Many of the Dec 2020 shots are set to expire. Their shots will be good till December 2021
2
3- New studies have shown increased antibodies in delaying shots 12 weeks
- Vs the pressured 4 weeks 5 months ago
- Hesitant vaxxers value due diligence & have reasons for waiting, which in the long run are beneficial and based on safety.
Contrary to the ever changing CDC descriptors on PPE. OSHA
HAS NOT CHANGED.
EMPLOYERS ARE MANDATED BY OSHA. 🔥 THEY MUST PROVIDE PPE 4 HCWs
All agencies of the USA- ENTRUSTED With regulation and montitoring, MUST FOLLOW THROUGH ON EVERY COMPLAINT.OSHA SERVES EMPLOYEE SAFETY- KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
OSHA DOESNT REQUIRE THE STATE OR FEDERAL GOVT TO SUPPLY PPE FOR PRIVATE INDUSTRY. IT IS ULTIMATELY
THE INSTITUTIONS BURDEN.
IT IS ILLEGAL TO PUNISH A COMPLAINANT
Why @realDonaldTrump is fighting with Govenor Cuomo, PPE and Ventilators are sparse.OTHER COUNTRIES ARE STOCKING UP.
YES THESE PRODUCTS CAN BE ORDERED.ARE IN STOCK
2 The federal government and most States have declared States of emergency.Under these rules
Procurement changes loosening up money. Also private sector hospitals have a responsibility
To purchase also.
3- It is not a secret that a large portion of the : Rx, Supplies, and equipment is MADE OVERSEAS.
Point of manfactoring are China to India.Yes the USA does buy from them MANY of our hosputal supplies.
🔥 WHY THE USA WILL SOON BE 1# , FOR COVID19 DEATHS& SPREAD
1-The USA had a delayed responsed due to POTUS, denial of the seriousness
2-Lack of testing & available tests
2- 3-Lack of coordination and cooperation between state and federal govt.
4-Failure to implement country wide isolation 5- misinformation campaign causing confusion
3- 6-failure to maintain and obtain resources.PPE, tests,ventilators
7-failure to cooperate with allies and accept help 8- failure to erect additional dedicated beds immediately
1- 🔥 There is no getting a break from COVID19.It's on TV,txt,email,
Social media. The effects are in stores, traffic, schools, and more.
It's imperative frontline fighters get a break.But we don't...
2- People come in sick with fear. They get others sick, yet can't get a test unless they leave. One calls in sick get written up, anothet gets fired. The masks run out, they don't care...
3- The harsh reality is we are in a game of roulette. Will we catch it today or tommorrow? Should we call off and risk termination or stay and risk our immune system. If we cough we wonder, when others cough we wonder...
