Where are the 29?

There are four family members linked to the Maribyrnong man - who works in Derrimut.
Two of them completed quarantine in NSW before coming back to Victoria on July 15. (QF445)

The other 25 from the Hobsons Bay cluster:

1 family member of the original case
4 from Spectacle Hub Caroline springs
1 footy player from the Newport match
1 at the Australian Islamic College of a Melbourne.
1 Wolf cafe Altona North

All the rest: Al-Taqwa College
1 staff member
14 students
2 house hold contacts of students

And a Flemington public housing tower is now a Tier 2 site after eight people from the same family tested positive (they’re included in the daily number)

All these cases are Delta not Goodrem.
But!! They’re all linked. (Small yay)
None were iso (say nothing)

Where did it come from?
They’ve done their fancy test and can say the virus is closely associated to the New South Wales outbreak.

Testing numbers were good: 43,618
And 95.6% tests came back within 24 hours

There’s also 🦠 in the 💩 at Benalla and Healesville. As well as Glenroy-Broadmeadows and surrounding suburbs.

How about our Marathon ladies? It was blisterrrrring heat out there today and they killed it. Sinead Diver came in tenth, Ellie Pashley 23rd and Lisa Weightman 26th.

The 1904 Olympic marathon was a hotbed of corruption and it was 32 degrees. Runners didn’t have water and some hadn’t even tried a marathon before. In the end Fred Lorz did make it over the finish line…but they later found out he hitched a ride in a car for 11 miles of the race.
