Who are Bankers??
PSB me kaam kar rahe kareeb 11 lakh log kaun hai?
Kaun h jo aapke paise sambhalne ka kaam karte hai?
Ye kaun hai jo dinbhar gaali khaake bhi hste hai?
Ye kaun hai jo apna parivar chhod doosre city me rehke aapke account sambhalte hai.

To phir kaun banking profession choose krta h??

Mostly bankers aate hai non metro cities se. Ye wo cities hai jaha doctor aur engineer nahi ban paaye to aap nikamme ho.

So according to budget govnt is ready to privatise 2 PSBs.

They arent actually just privatising banks..but there are several other things too which includes..

👉 Panic among staff
👉 What will happen to customers zero accounts and all the govnt schemes of which..

the govnt always boast about in the campaign.. Private players were never intrested in it..
👉 Why is this privatisation happening?? Reason banks are in loss?? But why ?? Is there anyone who cares about this??
👉 Will there be change is staff after privatisation??

👉 Is staff wont change how will things turn up? What magic will happen that these loss making banks will start earning profits?
👉 if banks wont earn profit also then why will any private player invet on it??
👉 For getting more profits will they stop govnt schemes?? 🤔🤔

Lets understand why PSBs are in loss. Why arent they making profit?
Are the employees really KAAMCHOR?

Govnt started a Scheme known as Swanidhi scheme. A Loan SCHEME which was for street vendors of 10k.

As usual govnt pressurised all PSBs to sanction it..

All over the country govnt bankers were called on weekdays even to sanction these loans.

We PSB bankers did everything to make govnt scheme successful.
Although we knew that this scheme is not that benificial and the NPA will rise but we had no choice.

All the govnt banks didnt have any option.The biggest problem with street vendors is that you cant locate them if they have motive to run away with money.

Hence it will convert banks in loss making organisation.

Lets try to understand..

PSBs are asked to do govnt schemes. As we all know govnt schemes are for society benifits. So profit making chances are very less..

These loans and schemes which are for public welfare arent sanctioned by private banks.

Those who have account in any private bank please inquire there.
Do they offer MUDRA loan and Swanidhi loan. Yes?? Then how many they did.

Adding very small comparison of an area.

Now when budget is going to announce there is news around privatisation of PSBs.
Reason.. they are loss making organisations.

Now my simple ques are..

👉Are PSBs meant to earn profit or public service.
👉If they are to be judged by profit why govnt schemes are forced to them.
