'Dharma signifies behaviors that are considered to be in accord with Ṛta, the order that makes life and universe possible. It includes duties, rights, laws, conduct, virtues and “right way of living”. Eg, ‘Rajadharma’ means King’s Duty not Religion.'
People who lived beyond river Sindhu, ie the Hindus, followed the Sanatana Dharma & hence, it became to be known as "Hindu Dharma" too.
The "Quasi Cyclic Time" makes the biggest difference, as Dharma is centrally based on it @vivekagnihotri
The Dharma is "Sanatana" because, it is based on Rta.
Something about the cosmic order.
Whatever may happen but water will not stop being the way it is, and so will not the Sun.
The moment they change the state, Adharma shall rise, ie, nature's in-balance.

But swaying away from voting them in 2022, UP will be a disaster.
People can keep finding similarities between BJP & INC, but truth is that even if we zoom only on UP, Yogi ji has been a champ.
You talk about it has not done much for "Hindus."
Of course, in my opinion BJP failed Hindus in WB badly & perhaps I'll never be able to get on peace on this ground.
Yes, it has not been able to do much for Hindus, especially Upper Caste (as we say).
But I think, it has done way more than anyone else & it has right to come back in 2024.
For a person interested in History, it has meant a lot.
Vajpayee Govt had set up a panel for tracing River Saraswati in 2002. It was scrapped by the INC, whom many are comparing BJP with.
"When the Missionaries arrived, the Africans had the Land and the Missionaries had the Bible. They taught us how to pray with our eyes closed. When we opened them, they had the land and we had the Bible."
-Jomo Kenyatta (Google, if you don't know who he is)
Not many would know about "Doctrine of Discovery".
These were the Papal Bulls of the 15th century which gave Christian explorers the right to claim the lands discovered by them for their Christian Monarchs.
The land not inhabited b the Christians according to the doctrines was available to be “discovered” followed with laying claim & then the exploitation.
If the non-Christians could convert, they would be spared otherwise they could be enslaved or killed.
That is how it actually works. The menace of Jihadi Terrorism is still working hard to take forward it's path but today we are stuck discussing "how many cases of SC/ST Act" have been misuse.
No one still has come up with constructive idea with academic discourse that how we can get away with it.
It is all about "sensation." Every has thing called "my person", "your person" but perhaps not many would have even analysed, how this draconian act came into being.
It has no scope for mediocrity but only for merit.
Reservation isn't the prob, prob is that country is still able to function without much support of government agencies.
The day country will depend on pvt sectors, all will get well.
For example, a person does not argues with doctor as he does with Architect. As he can't mess with his life.
It is tough to juggle with field without whose support you can't exist.
Currently pvt sectors are only used as support but not decision makers.
In privatization, accountability of work and skill is unavoidable.
As the demands for more better skill will surge, the government colleges too would be bound to would be bound to increase cut-offs even of reserved seats.
Dear @quizzicalguy , the trailer also does not talks about how badly the Taimuriya Troops sent by Babur were kicked by Rana Sanga on 21/2/1527 at Bayana.
Babur said that, "the fierceness and valor of the pagan army" made the troops "anxious and afraid".
William Erskine, the 19th century Scottish Historian did analyse that the Rajputs fighting for Rana Sanga in this battle were most formidable men that Babur ever came across.
He says as below in his book:
"They (Mughals) had some sharp encounters with the Rajputs, ... found that they had now to contend with a foe more formidable than the Afghans or any of the natives of India to whom they had yet been opposed. The Rajputs, ... were ready to meet, face to face,...
