Pennsylvania’s highest court found on Wednesday that an agreement with a previous prosecutor prevented Cosby from being charged for drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in 2004. Click here for the original conviction: trib.al/0lxpjb4

Charges were filed against Cosby in late 2015. Now 83, he served more than two years of a three- to 10-year sentence at a state prison near Philadelphia. The new ruling bars any retrial in the case, the Inquirer reported.
