A little surprised that Keith doesn’t do fasted workouts. Though he also trains twice a day. I do that…. sometimes. More during Covid at him in nyc actually. Went pretty Tsatsouline with pull-ups, dumbbells and kettlebells at home 👌

Amazed how fast I lose being in shape. Even specific shape, like for running. I’ve been open water swimming, and boxing a ton. You would not look at me and think I’m running 1:00/mile slower than a year ago 🤷♂️
(10 miles at 7:59 pace, felt easier)
